They didn't even fucking know what videogames were (and if they did, saw them as things for losers) at the time. It's the same shit you see in Overwatch and other communities; these retards don't play the game, buy merch, or anything. They just see something attractive and feel the need to wipe their dick all over it to mark it. They don't know Ky is French (or that he collects tea cups), they don't know Dizzy is/was ~3 years old or what a Command Gear is, don't even fucking know who Kliff is, etc etc. But you better believe any character bucks the trend of being straight; slap all the pride flags on them and treat them like a cult treats their prophet/deity.

I'm more surprised Delila just seem to be there along for the ride instead of being an actual character. Unlike Syn and fucking Bridget, I'm actually keen on Bedman since I like the weird crazy shit characters, but his Xrd time gimmick was too much for me (and I had the brilliant idea to try and main Kum...) so may give a shit again about Strive depending on how it plays. But who am I kidding...
We got until May (or April, since announcements come out about 1 month before the character) to see if their Season Pass 2 is gonna be total shit or not.
They pretty much already spoilt the last character. It's That Man. Well either that or that teaser was pure fucking misdirection. I'm not that savvy on GG but I have gathered That Man has never been playable before, so it's an absolute wild card. I imagine long time players will at least be curious.
There's a shitload of these tourists cluttering up the fighting game community in general nowadays. It's like Bridget was their backdoor and now I see them everywhere. Even some of the genuine fighting game fans are pandering to it now, probably only because trannies are the worst fandom house guests and they bully people into subservience wherever they go. I wouldn't even mind them if they didn't have a pathological need to plant their shitty flag in the hobby and violently displace anyone who doesn't wildly applaud them as they do so.
I've seen a lot of Potemkin mains genuinely excited about Strive, although that might just be overall grappler enthusiasm. A lot of the creator content I've seen for Strive features Potemkin.
I would say rev2 doesn’t have many cracks or at least can be more fun than +R at times, +R definitely has more freedom at times but at the same sometime it can mean that characters like Bridget are just toxic from the very design
I would've been excited for this a year ago, before Bridget got mired in tranny bullshit. Now I instead just get bummed out every time I see him.
