I couldn't find any homes that with the roof and colour on the angle the picture was taken at... Until you said that.... There is a guest house on one of the properties that matches the angle and description of the house, with the same roof and colour....
So if Gretta is staying with someone it could be in the guest house. The guest house also matches the angle the picture was taken at.

The home was once owned by a Delores Ann Pree Who was Born in 1941.
I tried to call the Phone number provided but it was disconnected,
and when you google her name or any of her other names like:

You will get mostly obituaries.
So I think she may have passed away, and someone else is living in the house.

Oh, well done, @Taint'ed Love! Just curious - why post your detective work in the private forum and not on Greta's public thread? I bet Kjel would pop a blood vessel being doxed in the new place so quickly.

But If no one really cares to do anything with it I will post it publicly...

Public it in there thread, I've got nothing special going on with Potato boy at the moment that this would conflict with Gretta wants to keep Phil at arms length if only for the sake of his nose.

Fantastic work btw.
 
I'm not sure I have an opinion either way, @Taint'ed Love, but if you do put it on Greta's thread, make it a graphic novel. Re-use your Google map screencaps, stretch it over several posts as you get closer and closer and then...the reveal.

To be honest my only plan was to leak the info for Phil's next road trip in the hope he would pop by for a visit but watching Greta shit fit is better short term.
Phil's pretty boring these days but Greta keeps giving

That's fucking brilliant, just a FYI from my understanding Phil isn't liked by Gretta and this might just be enough for him to call Phil out or try and shove him under the bus they are not friends despite what Phil thinks but losing a powerful @"friend" like them will really rustle his jimmies.
