I have become a master of architecture in Minecraft, capable of integrating a Hindu peace symbol into all structures, even those that weren't built by me.
 
In Call of Duty 3 for 360, I got the Purple Heart achievement worth 0 gamerscore by dying in Veteran mode like 100 times straight. The description was something like "perseverance despite grievous odds". I found it funny.
 
I can play through the entirety of Halo: CE's and Halo Reach's campaign on legendary without dying, the former I can do with consistency.
 
Going I think 31 (or 33) and 0 in a Halo 2 online match (and no that wasn't with an enemy team that was afk or necessarily crappy)

Also getting Platinum on some later level of Bayonetta. That crap sucked.
 
I used to be able to speedrun Sonic R. The current records are way past mine, though.

Other than that, probably beating Cuphead on Expert.
 
I finished Mgs 3 in hardocre mode without killing anyone.

The game gives you an animal tag based on your performance.
Like jaguar if you were agressive and fast,turtle if you were slow,hippo if you ate a lot etc.

I received the pigeon tag :(
