I could understand if they presented him as being a broken mess at the end of TLaD but I always took it as the middle ground ending for all the episodes. Yeah, Johnny lost the majority of the club and Jim, but he came out of it with a clear head of what and who were important from the gang and seemingly was starting over by cutting ties with Ashley.My favorite part about IV credits is that it'll recap past missions during the background sequences.
The Lost and Damned has to have one of the saddest endings of a GTA game yet. You know what I'm talking about. GTA V just invalidates everything you've worked up to during TLAD. It would've been better if Trevor's enemies were the Angels of Death.
To go from that to Johnny still being in a club that has no respect for him, addicted to meth and getting killed over Ashley just feels like they had no clue how to introduce Trevor tbqh.
