I could explain it, but explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog. You understand it but you kill it.
You don't start dissection on a living frog.
The joke has not been understood, it is dead already. Now dissect it already so its death was not completely in vain.

It's a reference to forced diversity.

And for anyone who doesn't know, the woman shown for GTA6 is the Housewife from the Tom and Jerry cartoons.

Replayed VC, IV, and V recently. VC is puny map wise, but its a puddle you can drown in. IV is still my least favorite. The story is so miserable, the enviroment is so drab and gray, and I hated visiting NYC IRL, so it probably didn’t help. Still, worst of the lot kicks the shit out of most other games. V is just… there. It’s not bad, but my brain turns off the entire time I drive through Faux Angeles. At least the radio in V has better options than IV. VC still has the best tunes period in the series. San Andreas is a close second.

I'm just wondering how many places, and easter eggs from the OG Vice City will be returning, and if not, what they'll be replaced with, if anything. Do you think places like the Romero butcher shop, and funeral home will still be there?

I replayed IV and V last year. Enjoyed both. I am one of the few who thinks V actually has the much better story and protagonists than IV. IV is just run off the mills revenge shit with a cheap morale of the story once you confront the one guy who ratted you out in Yugoslavia. People tend to give them way too much credit for a pretty average story and protagonist, it's very cliche in the end. I like IV anyways, since I played it when it came out and the game was just so insane back then. I still love the driving mechanics and most of the radio stations. I spent a lot of time just driving around. V on the other hand has much weaker gameplay but better characters, better story, etc.

My favorite will probably be San Andreas. Haven't played it in ages, but got the Steam version shortly before they released the Definitive garbage so I can replay it again. That game just had almost everything you'd want from a GTA game, even tho I didn't like the whole Ghetto setting.

Eh, even then they made it annoying. Doomsday Heists actually have decent thought put into them, so does Diamond Casino heists, but Cayo can be solo'd... I dunno, I just don't find it as much fun as it was. They fixed some shit they should have, but they also buffed stuff just to discourage you from doing the heist because it paid very well. Then that didn't work because it was still worth doing, so they nerfed the payout while adding more annoyances. They really hate Cayo.

Either way I guess it doesn't hurt to try it since the submarine is fun.

All I want from GTA VI is the Fleeca Heist again, but with a big fuck-off checkbox in the setup screen that says "I LEARNED HOW TO PLAY SNAKE" so I know to bully my partner into the driver's seat.

Don't forget about the 3 real-time hours cooldown if you finished the heist alone instead with a friend which gives you an hour of real-time. I strongly not recommend to play Cayo Perico with friends, since it's very buggy from what I remember. For example, the guard can be alerted by itself despite neither you or your friend haven't done anything to trip the alarm.

Somebody recreated the essence of the GTA VI trailer with GTA V gameplay/trailer footage. Great editing.

The biggest problem with GTA Online is that they completely ruin the gameplay aspect of most heists in order to nerf the reward.

I'd rather they just lower the reward amount, or make a "no reward" difficulty option that doesn't make the game a fucking auto aim bot slog, or doesn't have a live limit, or something like that than what they ended up tuning *every* heist into.

Mostly because most of my friends are not no life losers who are obsessed with GTA Online, so they both don't give a shit about the money amount but also aren't good enough to do Heists on even the lowest difficulty settings.

That's honestly one of the reasons I don't care in the least about online or subscription based games. I don't play consistently enough to make it worth my while. So if I don't level up or get good enough to even leave the loading screen without getting popped by some jagoff who lives just to kill newbies or can't get enough friends together for us to go on a heist or something then it just becomes something not worth my while or money. If it becomes a situation where the single player is a whopping 50 hours of gameplay so they can put all their resources to online or subscription, then I definitely will pass. It just depends on what reviews say.

Yeah, when you're an adult and have adult stuff to do (or just lack the child motivation you had when you were younger) and want to play casually you just can't compete in an online game with 12 year olds who dedicate all their free time to the game.

That was me trying Fortnite. Screw that.

I don't like how health is still regulated to rank in GTA Online. You can bypass unlocks by buying new weapons, gadgets, griefer tools and vehicles, yet you'll still be low level to where your health regenerates slower or you cannot carry maximum armor. What is the point then? You'd need to be at least Rank 100 to have maximum base survivability. That's bad game design.
