Finally saw the trailer. I understand why the standard consoomer is exited, don't understand why you faggots are so hyped. "What a compelling movie trailer for my game" is all I'm getting and this is without accounting for how performance may be shit yet due to fixed angle trickery, the movie bits look alright in ps5 Pro (anybody that thinks that is using base model, I am Nigerian prince). They had a basketball minigame in San Andreas. Right by Sweet's house in Grove Street there's a basketball hoop and a ball you could pick up and shoot hoops with. Jankey as fuck but it was a neat little thing a lot of people didn't even realize.

RDR2 raised my hopes for a more immersive, interesting environment with the little events you get just riding around, so I’m sure it’ll be a fun play through at least once, even if the story is going to probably be dogshit

Once upon a time I was excited for GTA 6 but the more this game becomes unironically an industry wise test over how much shit they can get away (prices, censored content and etc), it just really spoils the fun, doesnt it? GTA 6 is drowning on its hype and controversities when, at most, it will be GTA 5 but worse (dont forget that we will almost have less playable characters, thats already less content than 5).

I dont think Two Take is thankful enough for Nintendo being so arrogantly as to take the first leap towards the increase of prices and thus most of the backlash falling on them instead.

GTA 6 is the biggest reminder that no matter how much many gamers want to pretend that they are smarter than they actually are, that they are still nigger cattle and nigger cattle cant help but behave accordingly. Never at any point they ask themselves "Do I need this game?" because the answer is obviously no, you dont need GTA 6, you dont need the Switch 2 and you def. dont need the fucking Xbox series whatever that had the guts of increasing prices as if Microsoft has ANY bargaining chip whatsoever (practically zero exclusives and they have become a fancy Game Pass machine and even then, PC can use that).

GTA 6 became something I never wanted it to be, a bait, a test from the powers that be to truly cement on them how fucked their consumers are by being so hopelessly dependant on their product that they can truly get away with anything.

You dont need GTA 6, you dont need the next gen of consoles. All you need is a relatively decent gaming PC and you have access to almost everything through Steam, mods, pirate sites, emulators and so onward.

So much of GTA V's potential was snuffed by Online. And its not even Online's fault by itself, people had been asking for an online sort of thing for years but its the corporate exploitation that just became so shameless to the point of them ordering the devs to ditch DLC for V to work on content for Online.

And it still blows me away that Online is still unironically played by so many.
