What happens if the grand jury says there's insufficient evidence for a case? Would he be freed?

If Chris actually gets like a real trial with all the bows and ribbons and shit I think it's safe to say that's Chris's PD is actually the Attorney General of Molvania sent on behalf of Clyde Cash.

I wonder if the attorneys will go to the farms for evidence? God knows there’s plenty of records of Chris here. Same could be said for the cwc wiki.

Chris’s best chance is an insanity defense. Everyone knows he’s not exactly sane and judging from his prison letters, he hasn’t improved. Isn’t there a ruling that says you aren’t mentally competent to assist in your own defense? That’s Chris.
 
The confusion ITT makes it seem like the first plane just hit the WTC. Does anyone have any concrete, verifiable info, or are we still basing all speculation on the words of Buffalo Cube man + some Redditor?
 
How soon will we find out if anymore charges got dropped on Chris?

This is going to be a tough jury to seat. Where the hell are they going to find 12 goddess' and 6 alternative goddess'? I thought Chris was the one and true and honest goddess? How are they going to find Chris' peers?

Or listen to the call, or look at any evidence that Chris mentioned Bella. If it ever gets to a trial, the prosecution is going to make damn sure they can bring people in. And seeing as Bella is not the one facing charges, she'll probably just confirm what he said on the call.

Yes, but this is extremely unlikely. Grand juries only hear one side of the story, the prosecutor's side. You cannot cross examine witnesses or things like that. A prosecutor could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.

Okay, so I can see them still letting him off with a slap on the wrist by making it seem like they're going to trial and then offering the plea one more time, at which point a shit-spackled Chris accepts.

It still wastes a bit of money and time, but it could scare Chris. Scaring him straight is the best case.

Its just too good for this to be tje Seinfeld ending.

I'm impressed. This is the best outcome we could've had. The Justice System isn't a complete joke after all.

Chris has been such a nuisance to the law. The Judge might give him a lenient sentence ultimately, but at this point I doubt it.

You're forgetting he's jesus, he probably thinks this is all destined because jesus got fucked over too or some bullshit. Chris will never be scared straight, he will always twist it in his mind so that he looks like a powerfull jesus queen.
 
If they wanted to be lenient, I doubt it would be grand jury.

Now will it be a jail Chris ends up in or a Mental Health facility, or what the fancy nigger friendly word is for an asylum.

And no death penalty is very unlikely for a single case of rape.

Outdated. Virginia abolished the death penalty a year ago. Also Circuit Court is just our normal venue for criminal cases like this one. It's the second lowest tier, right above General District which handles shit like traffic tickets and small claims.

Also I think a lot of people here are reading "Grand Jury" and going "oh man that sounds way scarier than a regular jury" but literally all a GJ decides is whether to indict, i.e. to bring charges and proceed with trial.
