Overcharge in this context means that the prosecutor would bring additional indictments (such as charging a defendant for kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and robbery, when in reality the prosecutor will just try to plead down to robbery).
Oooh THAT overcharge
Sorry I'm too Jewish, immediately thought of money

Here's the thing, if Chris refused categorically to take any deal about real charges despite admitting incest in letters and in public (kinda), thinking he'll get out of it any moment now, why would he be worried about charges that aren't even real, I think he'd just brush them off thinking "they don't have proof" and keep writing gay fucking letters about being Jesus

I had predicted Chris would take a plea deal. I forgot that Chris has absolutely no one on the outside to give him advice any more. Barb could convince him to take the fall for her in the past, but she is out of the picture. The relatives who are taking care of her want nothing to do with Chris. The weens just tell Chris what he wants to hear. From here on out, Chris is at the wheel of his own destiny, and we all know how well that is going to turn out.

Guys, I think I get it now. Chris is refusing a deal, he's going to be tried, he's turning the other cheek and he's accepting his crown of thorns. It's all part of his plan...

That wheel is going to break down and rot.

So, does that mean Sockness, Janke, Null and all other christorical figures could be called as witnesses? And the defence or prosecution could cite the CWCwiki and the Farms?

Christ was wrongly crucified by the Bloody Romans (what have they ever done for us?), and Neo-Christ Chan (Praise Be Unto Her) is wrongly punished by the Commonwealth of Virginia. History repeats.
Virginia is the true successor to Rome.
