NORAD is scrambling jets as we speakCNN reported a man just turned into a blue rat and flew out of a courtroom in Virginia. They said it sighed and shit itself while doing so. Think this might be related?
Anakin Skywalker didn't end well after saying that.Either way the fun is about to begin.
I just called. The suspense is too much, I can't keep refreshing the thread. Gonna get some beers and come back in a few hours
Godspeed, Kiwis
Yeah, with all the people watching this topic across several sites, it's a little suspicious that the only two references happen to be within 2 minutes of each other. So Wolfkiller posted on reddit first before posting here.
In most states a grand jury is just the prosecutor presenting whatever evidence he wants to the jury. Even evidence that might be inadmissible. The goal is just to see if there is a possibility the state can prove it's case in a trial. The defendant isn't even there and no defense is put on. Hence the saying "you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich."Let's say this moves forward to a grand jury. Heilberg's only job was to convince the judge to let Chris off (as usual). I don't know if his magic can work in a grand jury with a client like Chris.
That's got to sting for Chris.VINElink updates fairly quickly, but only gives current custody status.
Wouldn't him flushing them with fanta destroy the evidence?Unless the police found the used condoms in a search? Didn't they search Chris' car and 14BC?
It's public info, they don't have to tell the defendant they're going to grand jury but they can't hide it either, they simply haven't entered it into the system yet.Yeah, with all the people watching this topic across several sites, it's a little suspicious that the only two references happen to be within 2 minutes of each other.
To any legal Kiwis, does getting this information from the purported source even make any sense? I would have guessed that they'd give an answer a little like when Chris went to the hospital: "he's outside of our system now but we don't specify exactly to where"
The man behind the slaughterBut who was phone?
I'm seeing "Being released from jail" and "5 years probation" mixed in there as well. I trust nothing at this point until I see something from Chris's twitter account or the VA Gov't site. The talk of a grand jury is gaining steam on Twitter now as well.
