I think if the hearing was continued again, we'd know by now. I think with all the other continuances, it was listed as a continuance on the public listing that comes out that day. I think that's already been posted.
 
Hope we see a free CWC video today, the jail letters are getting boring.

That said, maybe a microphone can be harder to figure out, but yeah a camera may get you penalties since its easy to figure who spied to the extreme.

What about a typewriter, hm?
 
I await his nuclear meltdown video being posted on his Twitter when he releases. Just all the pent up anger and rage finally being released upon everyone

I can’t see him being particularly successful with that unless he roofies him before the hearing starts. Granted I don’t think anybody would question it if he did. Certainly not the Judge or DA.

Even if that were the case, they'd have to indict and transfer him to Circuit Court first before they could do a plea deal. The judge in J&DR can't handle rape cases, only transfer them.

Your probably right. It's my understanding shit needs to happen this time, and they'd need to do SOMETHING this time even if the end result is another continuance. I'm used to waking up the day of the trials and knowing the end result do to time zone differences. Must be an actual trial this time

Even IF this does happen, they probably segregate Chris in prison, or have an extended stay at Western. Like jail, he'll get used to it. Chris will be living in hell when he realizes most of the state of VA will be playing Kick the Autistic Sex Offender by banning him and shunning him from every restaurant, toy store and mall.
 
Im calling it: The case willl go to trial and he will get Not Guilty due to insufficient evidence. Heilburg will argue that Chris is a lunatic and lives in his own reality, only needing to convince a few people on the jury. Then Chris will get released, get a lump sum of back logged tugboat bucks, and the taxpayer will weep.

Maybe we'll get lucky and a video will appear of Chris trying to mace some poor store owner or mall cop because they didn't want a sex offender in the Lego Store

Or he is just the regular poor, degenerate who can't get released before trial. Quite common, especially with the covid slow down, for people to sit in jail for years before the prosecutor ever gets around to seeing their case.
