At 9:37, he talks about YouTube demonetizing him. He shows a screenshot of YouTube slapping him down, which shows he claimed his video has no inappropriate language:

Damn, what a bummer that grade turned out to be a cow. If anyone asks how I didn't see it coming, it's because I just casually watch YouTube and don't keep up with all the drama.
 
I think the reason that many people didn't peg Grade as a lolcow at first was because they thought that it was all a bit and that he actually had a great deal of self-awareness. In reality, the goofy, basic takes on the channel are all his, he just puts on a silly voice which made people think otherwise.
