LOL. They can't even optimize the game properly in order for it to work with the LIVE SERVICES portion of it. Holy fucking shit, fellas. This game is going to be a trashfire. This is "The Avengers" all over again.

I've been getting social media ads out the ass for this, and everyone in the comments speaks like a fucking retard. I suspect they are not in fact bots because they keep saying goofy shit like they are buying it in the hopes that Batman Beyond and other shit that has almost nothing to do with what was shown about the game will be in it or set up in it.

Holy fucking shit, this is a disaster. It struggles to maintain even 15 fps on fucking PC with a bleeding edge 4090 in some places. AND AT 1080p NO LESS. Lmao.

The absolute development hell this game went through needs a documentary down the line. It's a colossal fuckup that needs to be remembered by the industry going forward.

How do you fuck up THIS badly?

Man, reviews hate the game. Not a single one has been positive about the gameplay, the performance or even the world design. I mean fuck me, ita a multiplayer game that couldn't be bothered to have any multiplayer achievements.

I'm kind of sad, actually. Even if it was just an excuse to revisit Gotham I would have loved it, but nobody has anything good to say.

The Digital Foundry review is out and they rake it over the coals for both its graphics and its gameplay. Not just for the fact that it aims for 30 fps and then routinely fails to hit it but also for the fact that it just looks ugly, like they didn't have the talent to make things like the rain, the shadows, the buildings pop properly. Then they get into how shit it plays, the bad and unBatmanly world design, the boring feeling bike. God what a piece of shit, two years late and two dollars short (yet costing ten more.) I wouldn't be surprised if WB cans it within a year and axes the studio.

no mp achievements means you can at least do them years in the future (if anyone cares then is another story).

as for the game.... "just use unreal engine bro, it's easy". can't wait for cp2077: gotham knights edition...
 
i knew it would be a disaster once it dropped it had 4 player online co-op.

7 fucking years since Arkham Knight and this is what we get?

It's almost like all the Woke parasites that have infected game development in the years since are literally fucking ruining it.
 
Man it feels good to be able to tell, from the minute I see gameplay, that games like this are going to be shit with virtually no redeeming factors whatsoever. Imagine getting handed the assets and framework of an almost great Batman game (Arkham Knight) and deciding to throw all that out so that you can make a terrible Avengers styled microtransaction game... then ripping all that out at the last minute but not improving the core systems at all so you're just left with a shitty game that isn't even milking its retarded cow audience for money.

They are actually literally incompetent and cannot code. People say that bloated budgets and rushing games out is why they're all releasing broken and unfinished but look what legacy developers with stricter time limits were able to produce and get running on fucking ANCIENT hardware. They have no idea how to actually make games. It's all very funny.

Now it just remains to be seen. Does WB run back to the Arkhamverse for another Batman game after this flops or do they shelve Batman altogether?
