So Google had a bit of a legal smackdown recently. They were fined 3.6 billion for inserting shopping links into its results in Europe, then ordered by the Supreme Court of Canada to remove all links to a company that stole the intellectual property of some network hardware.
This has some people claiming that the Canadians opened the door for other results to be wiped by other countries or people.
