So, since I could not find a general gaming thread in which I´d have posted this, maybe this one can be used to show us some good mods for your fav. games. I know skyrim is old af, but good games are like wine blablabla. If you liked or played or even know skyrim, I can only recommend to watch this:

Thats a nice channel btw!

That looks very good for gta 4. I guess its also a mod for graphics? Anyway, amazing!

Red World for HOI4

Otherwise known as "Jeb Bush vs. the entire Warsaw Pact."

Some favorite crazy mods I can list for Left 4 Dead 2:

Parkourdude91 tank
Gay sex healing sounds
Various character models that help in clashing with the games tone itself. The mods allowed me to play the game in the most autistic manner.

Dota 2 has a custom games mode and there's all sorts of hilarious :autism: and weirdness in there (as well as some genuinely fun modes) but in particular I'd suggest 'Smash Bros for Dota 2', which isn't just bad but bad to the point where it's probably valid to consider it outsider art.

If you've ever had the experience of installing a shitload of terrible characters in MUGEN and playing local coop with a friend and laughing at how awful everything is: this is that experience, except with 12 people at once, and usually several of them are angry and russian. The last time I played it we had a person disconnect due to Pikachu's foot getting stuck inside their camera.

This seems to be the only video of it online and from scanning through it doesn't really seem to focus on the things it should, such as King Dedede's left eye somehow not being attached to his head.

Worth noting that this mode is notorious for being deafeningly loud so there's probably at least one point in that video that would fuck up your ears if you're on headphones.

I've been experimenting a bit with Max Payne 2 mods, and one of them was a mod called Punisher Warzone: Casebox 01. It's fully decked out with new guns, close combat options, multiple characters, the works.

The mod does come with brand new levels, but they're pretty poorly designed and unfair. Still, really neat mod.

Terminal 7 for Half Life 2 can count considering you're just a dude with brain cancer killing people that look like Mario enemies, with a few levels that aren't exactly running and gunning down enemies.

Fallout 4 FROST looks pretty captivating and does a better job tying into the lore than DUST, Many a True Nerd really hit it out of the park with his series.

Guncaster from Doom. You play as a dragon with over the top weaponry like an 8 barreled super shotgun and can use spells and shit.

I have a metric shotload of Doom addons and custom wads.

Project Brutality for Doom. Amps up everything from Brutal Doom. Thy Flash consumed with this mod enabled was one of my best gaming experiences ever.

Winter's Fury and Deus Vult 2 are amazing as well.

Doom has the best fan made content out of any game.

LobosJr did a stream of a Dark Souls mod called the Scorched Contract that was super cool. It ups the difficulty significantly with each boss you defeat and adds a bit of lore, too.

The Stalker series in general has many different and great mods.

There's the Zone Reclamation Project which fixes some bugs and enhances graphics for the original game. In addition there are options to customize things like how much you can carry, whether or not enemies use grenades, whether or not you can have vendors use weapons ect. All of which without drastically changing the original game. Pretty great for newcomers or those who just want to re-experience the original game again.

Autumn Aurora completely overhauls the look and feel of the Zone.

Misery for Call of Pripyat enforces a much more survival based experience.

And of course there's Call of Chernobyl. A giant ass sandbox featuring all the locations for all three of the games which lets you create your own character and which faction he's from. It even has an Ironman mode if you're hardcore like that. And even an interesting mode where when you die, you gain control of a random NPC somewhere else in the Zone and play as him.
