Eh, outside of character designs, the animation has improved vastly over the years. It's the writing that's declined (though Family Guy still has better writing than your average goanimate video).
 
It appears the guys behind GoAnimate have gotten a clue and since put a stop to anymore of these videos as we speak, preparing to transition to a business platform of what appears to be giving people an easy excuse to create presentation slideshows. A pal of mine who's account will be expired next week put this little doozy together...

Someone will make a clone they'll flock to and rake in the cash because I'd imagine go animate users are at the sorta wavelength where those "win a free ipod" banner ads become really tempting. I regret not having the resources to be that man.

I guess not everything online lasts forever, though it wouldn't surprise me if someone else tries this sort of thing again, there's always someone wanting DIY/entry level apps at their disposal. I'm surprised GoAnimate lasted as long as it did, reminded myself of this article from 7 years back.

EDIT: Had to go back over this thread again and noticed how many got deleted already, including the one I liked of the guy talking shit to the female bartender, at least because the guy used his own voice for the male character anyway, and the premise was given a little more thought in the plotting given the different camera shots employed. That at least had some effort over most of these.

Good riddance, it was nice to see what stupidity would come from the videos. But they were all one note and dumb. Glad to see the guys behind the program noticed.
 
I'm just surprised none of these children have screamed how Family Guy stole the art style from GoAnimate.
