I usually give her the benefit of the doubt for just being an aloof spoiled kid lost in her own head, but this one is pretty cunty.

Lol Gloria wouldn't know the struggle if it slashed her tires and showed up drunk and belligerent to whatever job she was at ranting about sick parkour moves maaaaaaan.

Perhaps she could hire the guy who made "Manos": the Hands of Fate.

Was that serious, or a parody? "It's one of the only books I can get her to read?" Seriously? What ten-year-old would rather read that crap than something like Harry Potter or Roald Dahl? Even Sweet Valley High sounds like an improvement.

(I know it's an old post, but this is the first time I've seen it)
This is real... or rather: "real". What I mean is that it's not a troll work, but it's also not a real TV show. This video was produced by Team Tesch themselves as a kind of "advertising" for the Maradonia series.

If Stephanie Meyer had given in and written Twilight erotica then 50 Shades would have floundered in obscurity like it should have.

Funny story, she DID write a sequel to Twilight that was more "mature" (her word, not mine). To my knowledge it was never leaked, so little is known about it, but I can imagine it having the same awkward sexual-not sexual thing that Disneyfan01 writes (that being said, if it ever did get erotic, I doubt it reached the level of 50 Shades...if one can call that erotic in the first place). This is also the same page where she basically admits to not being in control of her own characters:

The biggest non-YA thing I'd done with Forever Dawn was this: I'd pretty much passed over the rest of Bella's high school experience entirely, skipping ahead to a time in her life with more mature themes. So, as I began to sketch out New Moon, I went back to Bella's senior year of high school and asked my little cast of characters, "What happened?"

I swiftly regretted asking them for the story. Because they gave me a story I wasn't expecting. More specifically, Edward told me something I didn't want to hear.

I should probably mention here that I am not crazy (that I know of), it's just that I am a character writer. I write my stories because of my characters; they are the motivation and the reward. The difficulty with strong, defined characters, though, is that you can't make them do something that is out of character. They have to be who they are and, as a writer, they're often out of your control.

As I started plotting New Moon (untitled at that point), it became clear that Edward was Edward, and he would have to behave as only Edward would. And, because of that, Edward was leaving.

NO! I didn't want Edward to leave. I pitched a fit every bit as violent and tearful as those I've seen in New Moon discussion forums. I tried to talk him out of it. I presented him with other plot options. I begged. Edward remained unmoved.

Back to Tesch, she really used a picture of Swankivy in her video? Talk about petty, but it's not like Team Tesch didn't slap a copyright claim on Swankivy's criticism video (for including clips from the hilariously cringey book trailer, if I recall).

Yup. It's at about two minutes in:

The whole thing is just a circus of fail. Like a carnie barfing on a clown with a broken neck.

I know her friends probably don't exist, but if they did what would they think seeing that tweet? It's one thing to be cocky about your looks but she's blatantly putting down her friends on twitter. Not only does she think they're not as hot as she is but she assumes they're insecure about it. AND she tells this to the whole world. I have a hard time believing there are people who would want to spend time with her.

I think that's my biggest question when it comes to Gloria: what does she think friendship looks like? I'd also love to be a silent observer on one of her dates with the surgeon boyfriend.

Do any of the characters in her shitty book go on dates? I feel like that could offer some insight into what it would be like, sort of like how Sonichu reveals OPL's ideal courtship and dating.

We'll have to set up a group showing of this when she releases it. I'm very much looking forward to watching it online with an audience of Kiwis.

Can we cosplay as our favourite Internet personalities?
If such a thing happens, I like to be Apollyon. Seriously though, how much can one bet it's gonna be more than the likes of The Room and Ben & Arthur?
