Edit: Also lrn2English before you rant about foreigners, Glo-Glo: "As this generation grows older and live their lives as full adult lifestyle" -- Live their lives as lifestyle? OK then...

All this ranting about "foreigners" & her mother is Russian & her father is German & English is their second language I just

Another 12 year old prodigy here. Mine didn't even have the dignity of a Tolkien rip off. I Mary Sue'd myself into a popular '80s science fiction TV miniseries. It had an interesting twist in character development, in that all of the women wanted me and all of the men wanted to be my friend, particularly after I saved each one of their lives.
Wow, that sounds almost as good as the book I was writing when I was 16. In this remarkable work of "humorous" fantasy, a bunch of people go out and - you ain't gonna believe this, folks - kill a dragon. Which turns out to be a bad move! Also, every single joke was stolen, and the parody parts were dummmmmmmb.
It was such a terrible piece of tripe that if all these modern self-publishing services would have been available, I still wouldn't have submitted them and made a complete fool of myself. You see, there are works so vile, so terrible, that even novice authors will deep down realise what garbage they are. =)

When I was somewhat younger I wrote a horrible Star Wars ripoff starring a girl I had a crush on as a slutty Leia. *yawn*:julay:

I saw your post about shitty German writers & have a gem of my own: when I was younger, I had a godawful story about a female German fighter pilot who was a descendant of Manfred von Richthofen; her love interest was a descendant of the man credited with killing him, & his BFF was a descendant of the man The Red Baron had been pursuing just before his death (& their names were Anastasia von Richthofen, Carson Brown, & Willie May, respectively). If I remember correctly, Anastasia was captain of her squadron, & was constantly at odds with one of her subordinates, Philippe (a descendant of Georges Guynemer) because he was black & French. & she was like a former Neo-Nazi or something & her parents died trying to get over the Berlin Wall & escape into West Germany in the late 80s. & at one point everybody was visited by the ghosts of their respective ancestors & it made absolutely no sense.

Wha, no comic relief of a descendant of Douglas Bader, who is always drunk?

Oh my God, despite my raging history!boner, I never knew about this guy. He was totally awesome, though, I wish I'd put him in there.
No, Willie May wound up being the comic relief for some reason.

He really was. First thing he did after crashing a plane on the runway was get out and take another, despite a rather nasty head wound!

You should consider writing a sequel bringing Snoopy into the mix.

When I was a little kid, I lived on a farm and I really liked Redwall. So, naturally, I combined the two things, and ended up with Redwall with Chickens. I thought this was an excellent idea at the time.
I can beat that, I tried to rewrite Redwall with all the characters as ninjas so my friend would read it. (She never read anything other then manga at the time)

My very first manga was a horrible mishmash of Redwall, Pokemon, Inu Yasha, Naruto, and was eerily similar to Sonichu in some regards. I am really tempted to post it up somewhere so others can laugh at how bad it is.

Can you post it here? I'm sure some such as myself will laugh at how bad it is. As for people posting terrible stories they made, I actually tried to make one, one that honestly I can say is crap (Take bits of the Gothic series and Oblivion, also a bit of Fable). Needless to say, it's forever lost. One thing I did attempt was putting *Insert name here*, thinking it would be a good idea but looking at it, gender-neutral pronouns and a title or nickname would of been better.

ah the follies of writing in ones youth.

For me, my frst work was a dino-crisis rip off/selfinsert/revenge fic called (i shit you not...i am cringing just writing these words) "DINOSAURS, TERROR, AND EVIL" written when I was 8 after playing through dino-crisis 2. it was basically me and my friends butchering our way through multiple dinosaurs who randomly appeared in our neighborhood due to the evil machinations of that mean old lady who called the police on us for kicking a ball into her garden (yes...this is all true) after said dinosaurs evicerated several other asshole neighbors.

....somehow it got 2 sequels which were even worse

Recently i actually found the first draft hidden in some old box from the attic, only for my sister to abscond with it and post it on facebook, leading to my self imposed rum exile

Curses, and I was going to ask you if you could post on here for us all to laugh at.

Those floating Facebook and Twitter buttons on her website piss me off more than it should.

Most of the writing I did in my youth were fanfictions of other series and usually had at least one Mary Sue somewhere in them. I think one of the worst offenders was a Sailor Moon fic where my original character was essentially a seraph with a pet dragon that can also turn into a human, and they both fell to Earth inside a meteor. It whiplashed between contrived humor to ultra-gory violence pretty often. It also had one sequel that I started writing but never finished, where Usagi was abducted by aliens that essentially turn her into the Predator. And Uranus turns into a were-lizard because reasons. *yawn*

Oh, and I tried to be clevar by reusing those OCs to crossover those fics with a Tenchi Muyo fanfiction where Ryoko leaves Earth and crashes into their home planet and falls in love with the aforementioned dragon and they both lived happily ever after in that planet. Yeah, I was kinda exceptional in my youth. :sonichu:

Whatever was typed had been long deleted, and what was handwritten on notebook paper had been burned after I realized how shitty they were. I never posted them anywhere so they had thankfully been buried forever in the sands of time.

aww poor Gloria has too much money in her wallet. That might actually be the very definition of first world problems.

I think that would be the very definition of first world problems, especially if she comes from a rich family (or at least wants a new wallet to hold her money without it look too fat.)
