It really doesn't matter who plays at what festival.
Team Tesch is just there for pictures that they can drop over the next few months, so the ROI is a lot higher by going to a bottom-end festival.

Not to mention Okeechobee had a camp out style venue much larger than Reggae Rise Up. She also hash tagged 'VIP' with a picture clearly in the middle of the crowd. Where are the VIP pics? They would be half price compared to Okeechobee anyways...

I'll keep my musical tastes to myself but the Okeechobee fest is the the one glo's age group would want to go to. Both are on the same weekend. If we are to believe Gloria's lifestyle why would she go to Hawaii instead of both festivals AND Hawaii? Or the 'better' fest then Hawaii?

She says nothing about being tired, about preferring an artist at RRU. Nah, just going to Hawaii. Based on cmbella's surprise it seems like she was saying she was going to go to Okeechobee.

That was just an excuse that Marina had to come up with on the fly so I would not read too much into it.
I'm sure the whole Hawaii thing will never be brought up again.
Team Tesch is surviving on a shoestring budget right now.
I'm pretty sure Marina and Glo still live together (seperated from Guenter) and according to the last article about the mortgage neither Marina nor Dr. Tesch have worked in years.
So Marina and Glo have to survive on Glorias income from her waitress job and the occasional photoshoot.
Marina seems to be exclusively her "Manager" (and proprietor of her "Gallery" which doesn't seem bring in a lot of money) so dropping several hundreds on tickets is out of the question when there is a cheap festival at the same time.

I completely agree. I guess that's why a ''#VIP' pic on the outer rim of the middle of a crowd seems so funny. Also, is her lower arm Photoshoped or is it how she is holding it? In that pic of her I actually think she looks cute but as the eye travels down her arm looks like a twig sticking out of her shirt :(

Yes, a lot of things.
Gloria isn't really the focus of this thread any more, it is mostly about Marina and Dr. Gerry "McGrift" Tesch and the whole "Gloria Tesch" persona that they have created.

I believe it is just the shadow that makes it look that way.
 
As terrible as it is that Marina and Gerry have created this "Gloria Tesch" tabula rasa on which they project their hopes and goals, I really feel sorry for the other Tesch children. During all the time that Glo-Glo has been a best-selling author and actress and movie producer and rapper and model and "it" girl, there are one (or maybe two) other Tesch children who have been completely ignored by the Tesch publicity machine.

I'm not sure what's worse; being the focus of Gerry and Marina's attention, or getting none of it...

Yep. Glo-Glo has a brother who is a year or two younger than her and, IIRC, one of the pictures of the "Finding Nemo" mural from the Tesch home had a much younger child in the picture along with the two older siblings. I'm not sure if we ever determined if the younger child was a sibling, or a cousin or a neighborhood kid or what, but there's definitely a son in the family.

That is a pack mentality, being with a group of more attractive people might make you look more attractive, but I don't think this theory works for Glo. Looking at the waitress bathroom photo (eating doughnuts in a bathroom aside) I personally think she looks quite nice. However she took that pic herself. In photos where someone else is taking the picture she seems rigid, unnatural.

I realize now that I have pointed out her 'twig arm' a few times. I no longer think it's photoshop but rather her holding herself in an unnatural, trained, way when someone else is behind the camera. She looks worse next to someone who isn't so stiff.

I didn't realize she was eating a donut in the bathroom until now. The photo is now much worse
