I actually think this is one of the nicest photos Glo-Glo has posted in quite some time. Whereas most of her other photos just seem so contrived and posed, this one seems a little more candid and natural and she even seems to have a genuine-looking smile on her face.
Now, the comments from her followers have crossed the line from creepy to borderline stalker-ish...

Photo leaning against railing does not look like Florida to me either. Grew up there and never saw a hill one tenth the size of the one in the background.

Who are these new people apparently concerned with what music fest she's at? And who is she trying to kid, she's not going to Hawaii, she can't get into to whatever fest they are talking about and has made up some ludicrous reason why.

Imply that you are somewhere where you are not (California, Hawaii) and never speak about it again or have a "last minute change" if you're called out.

Raggae Rise Up (the one she is pictured at) and the Okeechobee music festival are both in Florida but on the same weekend. Sounds like cmbella was surprised she wasn't posting the Okeechobee one. What does that have to do with Hawaii? Glo is likely just covering the fact she couldn't make it to both.
Can't find the prices now but it looks like Reggae Rise Up is the cheaper of the two.
Edit: looking into it seem like Reggae Rise Up is the significantly cheaper of the two ($249.50 start for Okeechobee, $40 start for RRU). Any Florida people can correct me though...

There's a good reason why: Okeechobee had Mumford and Sons, Kendrick Lamar, Skrillex, Robert Plant, Hall and Oates, Future, and Fetty Wap among others playing. RRU had...Dirty Heads. Gloria went with the cheapest ticket in town.
