Nope, she's still a Christian. She has also attended the Republican National Convention this year and last. Also she prattles on and on in her book about modest clothes, and how awesome Maya is for not dressing like a "slut".

Look, I'm not shamming Tesh for being a Teeny B Bikini girl or dressing like she does. But she is a hypocrite and that's really irritating.
The least she could do is acknowledging the hypocrisy at least, at most she could also at least try to deal with it.

What does the grafitti on the wall even mean?! Does anyone speak bumpkin?

I was gonna ask the same thing. Maybe it's like Hetalia. U.S. is a human like Canada so maybe Jesus and America are one in the same? America is Jesus as the land we live in? I don't know, it's nebulous words.

Irrelevant Hetalia sperging:
There's no Jesus in Hetalia, and while there is a God character, there's not much indication that he's the Christian God.

Dear Gloria, Matthew 7:1-5.

Let's be reasonable. She's really not that ugly.

She is so ugly in soul and mind, it becomes hard not to find her body repulsive as well

And now you see the cornerstone of my hatred for her. rank hypocrisy preached by the most disgustingly privileged (oh yes, i hate her so much im going full SJW with this shizzle my niggos) and repulsively spoiled brat with regards to her books is one thing, but she honestly feels entitled to preach her moral superiority and right to rule "lesser people" IRL (see my earlier ragefest several pages ago) based on this great "moral fibre" she claims to have as well as smugly gloating about her superiority to the "corrupt and mediocre youth" due to their materialism while she fucking wallows in her daddy's money, getting her every pathetic and narcissistic whim on demand.

In short she is a disgusting person who feels entitled to have her cake and eat it with regards to acting as disgustingly spoiled and materialistic as she pleases, shrieking all teh while about how much of a great celebrity novelist/singer/model she thinks she is, and then getting on her high horse about how morally superior she is to anyone else who shows any slight degree of materialism or interest in celebrity culture

She is a cancer on the face of creation, and one I would like to see removed by a broken bottle to the guts.

....wow that rant felt good.

Oh yeah, and heres an update on the maradonia movie...if it can even be called that

As much as I despise the writer, the world needs more shitty ego project movies for private lulz and the talented gentlemen at rifftrax to devour

I don't understand how someone can be an ultra conservative Christian but then wear almost nothing and go party somewhere where booze and drugs are freely available. To underage teenagers.

Clearly, you've never heard of a sinner on Saturday/saint on Sunday.

Also, is that just her speaking voice, or does she not really feel all that invested in the movie?

On the plus side, my signed copy of Maradonia makes a great coaster.

Fuck that, when her movie becomes the new room you can sell it for vast numbers of pennies
If her movie is going to be this decade's version of The Room, I wonder how many people are angered when working on it.

Daddy Tesch apparently tried weaseling his way out of paying what he owed, so there's that.

I'm also guessing the other semi-professionals who got roped into doing this are typically used to working with people who know something about movie-making, not some flighty film-making tap-dancing ballerina fairy princess veterinarian. So there's bound to be friction on that front.

I remember reading that from Conjugal Felicity. I do wonder though if there was any update on the actions of either Gloria or her father during production. With that sort of behavior, I'm sure Mr. Tesch would have to replace some if not many crew members due to his actions. I also wonder if this could rival Wiseau during production of The Room.

The irritation engendered by the two movies is different. Wiseau so desperately wanted to share his story with the world that he fired and abandoned anyone who didn't hop on board and stick it out. Tesch doesn't really seem to give two shits about the story, just pleasing his daughter, so he flouts his money and influence to no end, only courting the most insanely patient and/or desperate players in the business.

Since Mr. Tesch flout his money and influence, that kinda makes me wonder how much money he spent on this production, especially with how much equipment cost. Then again, bradsternum posted on the eighth page of this topic that Mr. Tesch conducted business by scamming thousands of dollars from people.

It would probably also help to know where the Tesches get their money. At the very least, you can say Wiseau earned his money through pluck and shrewdness. The Tesches seem pretty firmly the worst that nouveau riche has to offer.

Tommy Wiseau is also weirdly charismatic who actually worked to get his money. Gloria Tesch is just an irritating rich girl. She has zero charisma.

Most of the people in the cast are her friends and family. As for the source of her money, that is still up for debate. What I am told is that her father is involved in some dubious business practices.

Oh hey, this thread's been revived, awesome. I'd say the Maradonia movie would definitely be this decade's The Room, or it would be if they moved past simply a trailer. (Has this been linked yet? It's been a while since this thread was active so I can't remember.)

Gloria's definitely privileged in a rich-girl way. And despite the speculation I've read elsewhere about Daddy writing most of her books, thanks to the grammatical errors that only a non-native English speaker could make, she definitely wants the fame. She just doesn't want to stick to one thing and work really hard at it, like Tommy Wiseau and The Room. No, she wants to dabble in anything and everything, and seems to lose interest when it doesn't bring instant celebrity. In that respect, modelling bikinis might be just what she's looking for, since it gets her attention. Is it hypocritical? Definitely, but she's hardly the only person out there who is.

She bothers me, but I'm more curious what's going to happen when the money runs out with the movie. I'm surprised it hasn't run out already. Will she just pretend the movie never happened and focus on her modelling, or -- even worse -- her shitty rap? The slap to the face that is reality wouldn't be pretty.

Haha, I can use that trailer as good general introduction to the shitpile that is Maradonia.

And I got strong Great Director Chandler vibes when it cut to Gloria as herself. It was almost like I was reading walls of text on pages of Sonichu.

Such as selling leather jackets to the North Koreans?
