Although I hate to make unsubstantiated claims, my gut is telling me there may be some sort of a connection here. So, here is what I found:
The Tennessee Secretary of State
https://tnbear.tn.gov/entitysearch/ brings up nothing for Save Asian Souls, nor does the Georgia SoS
https://ecorp.sos.ga.gov/BusinessSearch However, the Texas SoS
http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/sosda/index.shtml website shows us that a NPO named Save Asian Souls was formed on December 17, 2015. The three managers/directors are Jerry M Cherry, James R Brown (who I assume is Ron Brown), and Millard Smith.

It's not completely implausible to do so but I find it kind of odd that a small NPO was formed in TX, operates in TN, and is registered with the IRS in GA. Since Jerry Cherry lives in Red Boiling Springs, that explains the Tennessee connection but I have no idea how/where Georgia comes into play. I don't have anything to go on but I just can't shake my suspicion that something ain't quite right here...
