Had a thorough look through the site you linked..from what I saw (couldn't even tell if it was the 2015 or 2016 schedule, it was that poorly laid out) none of the movies are particularly related to her. She doesn't appear in any of the official photos anywhere on the site, not even in the big group ones. Which makes me think she just jacked the background paper and had her own little fake photoshoot..
 
She's not unattractive, it's within the realm of possibility that she went as the date of someone whose work was featured/was actually in a movie and she's trying to pass it off like she got an invite directly. Or she could could have just crashed the party like @ActualKiwi suggested. Maybe her idea of a fun time is to crash events with lots of rich people so she can pretend she's one of them.
 
If it's that small an event, they might also have a little photo stand held up by PVC for people to take novelty 'red carpet' pics at. Comics conventions do much the same thing for people who want photos with the event name behind them.

They don't seem to do a lot of screenings, this could be some sort of recruitment centre set up by the scientologists.
Would be poetic justice if the Tesch's would fall victim to a conman

Not everything that Glo-Glo writes or posts is actually written by her.
Her social-media is completely run by he mother.
Who know how much of the books she actually wrote herself (even though it seems that 1/3 of each book is just copy&paste repitition according to reviews).
It is also very, very strange that she lists "valedictorian 2012" on her website and not the school name when she posts the institute/company for every other achivement.
There likely is a very good reason why she would need to hide the origin.

Glo-Glo was indeed home schooled (and by parents who are not native English speakers, to boot) so she was first in her class, with a class size of one. And the parents with English as a second language explains a lot of the spelling, syntax, and odd pronunciation errors.
 
So no libel if someone wrote that she was dead last in her class. Very odd claim to make, but what about any of this isn't odd?
 
Hedge your bets! Will Tesch The Magnificent transform from a Superstar Author into her idealized Singer/Rapper/Video Star or instead bottom out as a D-List Instagram Fap Fodder Fountain?
It's always going to be the latter.

I've known a few home-schoolers, and they often turned out brighter (though a lot less social) than school-system counterparts. Gloglo doesn't seem to fit this quite as much though. I'm vaguely reminded of that southpark episode about the homeschool kids...

It depends why they're home schooled. Some people homeschool because for whatever reason they have the time and desire to and are unsatisfied with the quality of a public school education.

Others are stupid as fuck and ignorant and want their kids to grow up ignorant, so they homeschool to protect their kids from "evilution" and make sure they grow up not only with their general religion, but exactly their religion in every respect, with no pollution from outside ideas.

The latter are why homeschoolers have a bad reputation.

If Glo-Glo was homeschooled, it could be a mix of both.
Dr. Tesch is a pretty religious guy as evidenced by his former career as a Lutheran preacher but is actually pretty smart and cunning (see doctorate and "former" conman career).
Nothing is known about her "real-life" aside from the whole made up "Gloria" persona.
Is there a way to search for Gloria in the records of the schools in her area?
Oh and something else:

Do we know that she actually goes by the name Gloria Tesch in her private life?
It could just be a made up first name or her middle name.

She has her measurements on her facebook..sigh.
And Gloria Tesch is not listed as achieving the status of valedictorian in any public announcement EXCEPT on her own Twitter account and her own material...I've had a look through lists of 2012 valedictorians from a pile of highschools (around Florida, where she apparently lives) with no mention or photos of anyone that particularly resembles her..
