As a small aside on this whole issue, I find it ridiculous and pathetic the amount of screeching about this from politicians and the media. Oh no, Russia are weaponizing energy, how dare they. Do these people honestly think when you sanction another country they are not going to respond in some form? We are going to completely sanction your whole economy but don't you dare do anything in response, that's, like, totally unfair man.
These people have never faced any real adversity in their entire lives, and because of that, they suffer from Main Character Syndrome: we are the good guys, whomever we don't like are the bad guys. The bad guys can't ever defeat us, because that isn't how it works in capeshit/vidya/etc. Therefore, when adversity does hit them in the face, they don't know what the fuck to do. Same reason why the German elite dismissed Trump for saying that this exact situation would happen if they didn't reduce their reliance on Russian gas: we are the good guys, Drumpf is the bad guy, so therefore, anything he says must be dismissed, no matter how true.

Romance of the three Kingdoms is about to kick off in real time.
Featuring the USA, China, India. Maybe Russia and the EU as side pieces.
Cool, maybe it will get its own Dynasty Warriors spinoff if we don't blow the entire world to hell and gone in the process.

Lol with WW3 doomposting. Germany will cuck and suck the Russians. You think any country in Europe will risk thousands, even dozens, of soldier casualties (that they don't have) to control the gas reserves? You think Biden USA will start a war when they are already expecting massive political defeat and economic depression? It's a war where you need boots on the ground, you can't just bombs a couple of locations and declare victory.
If Biden weren't a dementia-stricken hand puppet, he might have enough political acumen and concern for his image left to not do something that retarded. I doubt the committee currently running things have such reservations, either through willful malice or sheer ignorance.

Also, if you are going to be reliant on another party for something, I don't know, maybe try not to piss them off? Germans/euros shot themselves in the foot on both counts. The stupidity is profound, almost impressive in a way.

My country is getting told by the media talking heads that inflation has peaked, which I'm sure means that it's going to get worse on average considering their recent track record. The world will probably only have a real idea of how bad this is when we have the figures for the end of this year.
Yesterday, some lady was on Bloomberg mentioning this, and how the "inflation has peaked" apologists keep getting it wrong.

Bloomberg talking heads are some of the most egregious copium addicts, often masking it with fancy words, acronyms, what-ifs, and yeahbuts. More people see the writing on the wall than they want to admit.

We’re doomed.

You've already proven your ignorance of current affairs so I presume you have no idea that the BRICS system has been signaling(very strongly at this point I might add) that moving forward they would like to shift currencies to a commodity backing.

Now I don't know that this will come to pass, but trying to trap other nations into a new fiat debt scheme seems rather foolish when you've just witnessed your enemies die by it. Not saying it's impossible, however I find it rather unlikely especially in the first years of the system.
I see it this way, I live in a BRICS country and it fucking sucks. If they want to pretend to be NATO I don't care, but that's coming out of my pocket and I don't want it. What's going to be the requirement to join anyways? 50% of the country with no sanitation? A system run by corrupt oligarchs is doomed to fail.

Economy on the fritz? Too bad, you're the latest human sacrifice to Gaia!

It sure is funny how Biden has no control over gas prices when he's being blamed for them being high, but suddenly he can just "find a way" when they try desperately to spin those same high gas prices as a good thing.
Nothing is ever Dems' fault. Things just happen to them.

(you left out)...because racism.

Gas knows black people are poor and don't have IDs or jobs (per the democrats reason for them not being able to get voter ID) and gas' racism is the reason it has priced itself out of their range.

Meanwhile, in China:

I don't know the full specifics, but I guess China's entire economy is wrapped up in one giant ponzi scheme revolving around real estate? It's been teetering on a massive crash for months, and the can kicking might be finally running out.

Wonder if we'll see something similar happen in the US in the near future.

Ghost cities.

They’ve been propping up their GDP for years by building huge swaths of property that they then abandon. As long as it’s never sold it’s “value” is declared to be whatever the government claims. It’s not sustainable, and I’m glad to see people finally realizing that.

I don't know about you, but for some reason I enjoy seeing stocks going down. I sort of want the stock market collapse to happen because I am tired of living in a fake clown world. I guess I just want to see it burn, even though it would affect me personally.
Maybe it's because there was a talk about depression and collapse for so many years, that I just can't stand the suspense?

Meanwhile: Saudi Arabia admitted that they have a hard production limit of 13 mln barrels (more like 11 mln, if you account for their customary "flowery speech") so the author of "Twilight in the Desert" was right, I guess? source

Sounds like your average Chinaman is about to own nothing.

Will he be happy? :cunningpepe:
