It's nice that social media lets cows provide free entertainment to normal people, but holy shit... look at the endless drama, the constant anxiety, the neverending crab-bucket clawing and tearing at (other) mentally-ill narcissists.

I looked it up - Graham Linehan is a 50 year old man with a wife and two kids. Why hasn't he got something better to do than live on the internet, bitching at trannies and GAMERGAAAATE? He's not even having fun with it. It seems to make him miserable, but he won't stop, like some kind of horny masochist who keeps sticking his dick in a beehive.

He could be hanging out with his children, taking his wife on vacation, working on a new writing project, volunteering at something, learning a new skill - anything except angrily snarking at strangers and trolls from his iPhone every day. He's 50! Most of his life is already over, and this is how he chooses to spend a good chunk of the time he has left?

As someone else said his wife is probably to blame for his war on troons. They’re from middle class lefty media circles and they provide a good chunk of the TERFs in the media, so she’s likely encouraging all of this. Not trying to downplay the intense autism he brings to it though.

His wife and him still should have much better things to do. Though if his kids are grown (I don't know, I haven't looked into them) it could explain why he doesn't seem to spend a lot of time with them.

The problem with tranni Akbar from glinner's point of view is that he's a white man double appropriating minority identities, first when he plays at being a woman, second when he plays at being a Muslim. Glinner won't call out shitty Muslim men because in his world view Muslims are oppressed minorities first, so they get a pass on all their behaviour.

His worldview is quite internally consistent, even if it's not that common.

Ricky Gervais handles this a lot better. He obviously doesn't buy into troonery, but he sticks to occasionally poking the beast and, I assume, sits back and laughs while troons have their meltdowns.

Also Mumsnet was bizarrely influential at one point in time - the Prime Minister visited their HQ during an election campaign, and their staff got sought for comment a fair bit too. Mumsnet is kinda known in the UK; the Farms are not, even if we are the more “dangerous” site nowadays

As much as I hate troons there is a point where it's preferable to watch them self destruct instead of constantly fighting them.

I reckon TERFs should have pushed for insurance to cover stink ditches and corn dog peens. The easiest troons to deal with are the ones that have been neutered. They don't kick up a fuss because they're too busy worrying about infections, prolapse, and maintenance to barge into women's sport etc.
