personally GG shouldnt really count for his defence because it's completly irrelivant vs anything above a mild inconveniance.
 
Graham's announced that he's bringing Father Ted back as a musical

Worth noting that the actor who actually played the character of Father Ted died shortly after they finished filming the final series and one of the other main cast members died recently, too.

No idea why he thought this would be a good idea. Presumably, this is his desperate attempt to be seen as a comedy writer and not just an deluded, angry guy on twitter who insists people who've said publically that they're against Nazism are actually Nazis and insisting that an acronym is a "slur".
 
Is he going to keep all the racist shit that people keep pointing out he had in the show? Just want to know because Graham Linehan wrote some pretty racist shit in Father Ted.

Apparently he is terrified at the prospect of the tranny conspiracy enslaving his chiselled Adonis-esque body and forcing him to sleep with every troon in the world

Given the creeperiffic way he treats women (both whom he likes and whom he dislikes) I am cautiously optimistic that this latest grasp for fame will turn the "LINEHAN IS A TRANSPHOBIC BIGOT!" crowd into overdrive enough to get major attention, and that this will inspire women he has been seriously creepy to IRL to come out the woodwork and start a new #MeToo crusade.

The fact that he admits he only listens to one side of a debate aside, he's claiming he is just a guy wanting to start a discussion about an issue but is being mischaracterised by zealots? To add to this, Glinner says he has never misgendered anyone, but in the exact same conversation someone talks about their male-to-female child and he refers to them as he rather than she.

I’m not even that invested in the whole troons are real women debate, I’m just grimly fascinated at how people who pride themselves on being woke and sensitive to the needs of others are more than happy to shit on troons. Guess it’s just liberalism at its finest: progressive on issues that don’t affect them, conservative on issues that do.

I must say I am quite happy with how this debacle is unfolding. Linehan continues to be a self destructive hate filled fuckwit who doesnt seem to realize he is making himself a target for the full wrath of all REEEEEEEEEEEE mobs out there (which for someone like him is actually likely to permanently fuck up his career even more than it is already and cause IRL associates to abandon him en masse) and we have both SJW and anti SJW sides of the autism spectrum gearing up to forcibly spit roast him
