MLP friendship gardens was the absolute shit, i played it again a few years ago for some reason. like many other people here i also played tons of dress up flash games (and the point about girlsgogames being good before, so many dressup and house decorating games i can't find anymore
) little autistic ol me would play the same ones for ages writing my own stories.
a gacha i play has at least one special outfit for all the characters which appeals to me because they tend to be nicely designed and some of them are very reminiscent of stuff that i would try and make in flash games. it's not really girly, just typical gacha. (mostly) not oversexualized to appeal to dudes but not trying extremely hard to appeal to girls, i guess? i have spent an absolutely shameful amount of money on it and it's not even been out for a year, and even then it's pennies compared to what big whales spend.
that's what i get for playing a gacha of my favourite series.
i also still, somewhere, have a lot of girly ds games. mostly shovelware but one that stands out to me was one of the ones ubisoft released as their imagine series, happy cooking. it's got a simple cute story (girl wants to learn to cook for her dad within a timeframe and there's some magic involved to make that happen) and i always enjoyed it, ended up getting 100% on the save file i had. last year i learned that it had a sequel that was a rhythm game that never got imported, i played it and it was fairly fun.
