The amount of terminal hopium in the sub is staggering. People are legitimately blindsided by this, and there are some people trying to find a way to access the CN servers with live screen translation apps and some kind of hack that breaks through China's ID system, and I'm like...this is a lot of fucking work for a dead game. You do know the game is doing poorly in China, yeah? Are you honestly willing to go through all that just for a game? Learning Mandarin for gacha, lmao.

My only guess is that global gets a lot of advantages that the more established servers lacked in their time (more QoL, knowledge of the meta) so they are afraid to appear to show favourism.

Which sort of falls apart when the game launches with multiple servers. My guess is priority. Chinese games are going to focus on Chinese regions but still want global money

Yeah i feel too, i think it's cause the story is nonsensical faction hopping between misundestandings and betrayals escalation with no sense of how the world really functions. There isn't even a journal or faction explanation or civilization etc

While gameplaywise you're grinding infinitely so it's like it never ends. You reach the cap, now you unlock the weekly boss, but you still do the weapon farm, the st farm, and the pilot stat farm so you can get every gear on +1 and upgrade all skill tree buffs, then you unlock the next level of those and do it again for +2 gear.

It's still fun in the sense that it's challengenging and you get the dopamine of seeing numbers go up but i haven't reached that clarity of achievement yet.
 
I kinda mashed through the event story and i'm wondering again why hoyo felt this should've been a limited when it has a lot of lore again, not just for sumeru but for nodkrai moons. It was just walking a pyramid with each party group eating lore for 20+ minutes.

Either way, game awards are announced and we got 3 (?) gachas this time

WuWa is one boss ass game, I was completely blown away at how good it gets in its 2.x content. Easily my GoTY on artistic quality and merits. This is game awards though and we all know the pedogooner schoolgirl racing game will win.
 
I got Goman in Mecharashi and I look though his voice lines and he has a special voice line for someone called Natasha.

Who the fuck is Natasha?

I'm guessing it's a character that hasn't been released yet.

Or maybe, idk, Goman and Marcus are gay lovers and Natasha is Marcus' drag queen name or something.

It's not like much else in the story makes sense anyway.

She is literally a starter character. She also had a banner like a month ago.
