A few people do but consider this: Jade has ship tease with Topaz = LESBIAN ICON = literally impossible to have ever done anything wrong and anyone who hates her is homophobic. It is what it is chud.

I'd argue zhong got some weak ass cons by modern standards man. C1 extra pillar helps ensure the particles (there is still a hidden cd) but his pillars are still not strong (maybe in mono geo itto chiori) and it might apply too much geo for certain reaction teams. C2 is a great coop flex as everyone gets shields but doesn't make you stronger. C4 is a meteor buff but meteor is still weak. C6 makes you get healed through shield but if you're dying with the shield then clearly something went wrong.

If he released today you know C1 would increase pulse AoE + dmg and make the shield pulse too (solving the issue of pillar breaking). C2 would be coop shield, double his shred AND the C4 meteor buff . C4 would just be free healing while shielded c6 would turn him into a broken main dps.

Furina C1-c2 are a bit overrated but are still more dmg bonus for the team and then much faster bonus without need for an hp fluctuator. I'd prioritize her cons or nahida or xilonen c2 or many others really.

Do you want to get stronger or do you want some fun units? Depends on what else you have an how many stars you want in endgame (its not worth it).

+Is a nodkrai dps so she has elusive lunar dmg and enables the two nodkrai sets. Good against the wild rift and (theorically) the frostscion that doesn't absorb anything when taking lunar dmg. Melee catalyst so better aoe and armor than mages.
-Gameplay is immobile charge attack spam powered by "consuming" blooms. Can't use xinqiu. Extremely dependent on Lauma, who doesn't need Nefer at all. Doesn't use dmg bonus and is lacking in good team options (pain for exploration). The fact Zhongli is considered a good sustain for her is proof of how bad the choices are currently.

>Furina
+Being a good subdps + dmg buffer + ok hydro aplication brought a new age of powercreep to genshin. Fully automatic 30 SECOND DURATION skill makes her great for carries who cant use xinqiu (neuvilete, itto, xiao, etc). Has a second mode that gives healing in huge area and makes coop near unlosable. Can use favonius or the free fontaine pipe. Enables the MH set for field dps if you don't want to farm their set. CAN RUN ON WATER FOREVER. Great synergy with Xilonen, Yelan and Escofier.
-Kills your team slowly and forces a group healer, or she loses most her damage. Flins and Nefer can't use her. Hydro app is not fast enough to enable pyro dps to vape and is mostly single target so she ain't replacing xinqiu in that front. Requires someone who bleeds to cap her buff fast or time you heal (burst with her before jean etc).
>Arlechino
+Strong pyro normal attacker with solid fast combo. Can 3* white tassel and jade cutter well, also gladiator set if you dont want to farm hers. Gets damage resistance from attack and can self heal with burst. Using skill+burst skill is enough to fully heal and generate a lot of particles for a bennet.
-Literally cannot heal during combat without using her burst that removes her bond of life but resets skill, forcing you to restart the rotation. Risky on coop and lacks uptime. Has a non standard gameplay where you use her skill, switch out and rotate until it's done so charge with her to get bond of life that enhances her normals. Note that her bond enhanced normals are NOT normal infusion so giving her bennet c6 will not let her attack strong forever.

>Zhongli
+Still has the best shield in the game and you can just build HP if you ignore his burst, with a lil crit for favonius if you want. Can use 3* black tassel. Best Geo shield breaking in the game, meaning he becomes meta whenever wolf lord or centaur golem appear. Meteor petrifies any non boss creature through shields, including herald/lectors, giving you a little room to breath. Shreds 20% of ALL elements including physical and dendro, making him a confortable ez sustain if you can afford the time loss. Pillar is great for exploring Liyue.
-Meteor animation is too slow and damage is too low for modern endgame making so his pick rate is low if there is no geo boss. While still more flexible than many, there are many specialized supports now that are stronger offensively than him, with Xilonen hurting him the most as she shreds more and heals for furina. Wolves can kill you through shield and the dark souls knights will get stronger.

If you want to talk value i'd go Furina first and Arle, especially if you lack a hydro 5* and pyro dps. Zhongli is not meta anymore but he brings it back on geo bosses, still has the best shield and is flexible enough. Nefer is hard to gauge, i'd say wait to see if she can really work without Lauma and how she compares to other dps.

Now for bad news, i reached 75 pity on standard banner and... it's came back again.

Now for WEIRD news, there is an official ZZZ stream going on for EIGHT HOURS of Lucia ASMR where she sleeps and eats on a loop. I thought Snowbreak was the only one who did this but i guess not.


This is my first time hearing "cute girl chewing potato chip near the microphone" asmr thing and i hate it. I can understand why it's a fetish to some people (not really) but for me it's gross and hurts my ear so good for those who like it.

But before you bring the gooner allegations, beware that Star Rail is not that much better either, as there was an official "Dan Heng gives you massage" ASMR video so i at least respect hoyo for considering women too.

ZZZ 2.3. Manato feels very cumbersome ngl.

Began the story and... It's okay so far? Lucia is not at all what I imagined her to be like. She's a loud peppy person.

Also you get like 1200 polys, I used it for a ten pull (had some leftover polys), and got Manato.
 
Spotted skirk and dori in a random anectote and she can't stop peaking.

Played more of ZZZ story and I'm screaming.

They are going super hard with MC having superpowers. Didn't @LucasSomething call it? Anyway everyone is going on and on about our eyes and how our powers are connected to our stupid eyes. And we are super duper special. We can now idk break Miasma or some shit. It's how we save Yidhari or whatever the fuck who's appearently kept in some town, being used as some kind of idol or hidden goddess like it's some kind of cult.

Yidhari or whatever the fuck feels like Vivian 2.0. Tragic backstory where her powers end up alienating everyone around her. In her case, she can see illusions in the hollow via mental time travel or something. Meaning she can see flashes and visions from the past. We just randomly gain that power too so we see her backstory. She began fucking around in the hollow to be with her dead parents and everyone got sick of her shit and barred her from being a proxy because they found her unreliable. To which I say, why is proxy even running around directly in the hollow to begin with?

Anyway someone from the exaltists because of course, came to her and was was like "nah the future is for bitches. Live in the past," and had her tied up in Miasma in that weird town. The story continued to be retarded. If there's any solace, it's Manato and Banyue who actually shows up quite a lot. He's another Shifu but he will not be the next void hunter or void hunter larper because he's a dude and a robot. I guess.

It's official. Proxy is now a "mystic". Barf.

Also gameplay wise, unfortunately Yidhari plays a lot smoother and has much more versatility than Manato.

It's not as annoying as 2.0 or bad as 2.2 but it's still mega cringe.

Manato segments saved it though but...

There was absolutely no reason for Yidhari or whatever the fuck to be invovled with The Exaltists. It didn't even tell us anything new about them. It was just this octopus bitch being manipulated by the Exaltist lady. It could have worked fine as being a tale about Vivian 2.0 and her powers going haywire, being left alone and having being used by fanatics living in the past, unrelated to the Exaltists.

A self contained story basically.

The only reason why the Exaltist are there is because they are setting up 2.4/2.5 because 2.2 had that dude with the glasses that's part of Yixuans crew join the Exaltist and this patch just reminds us of that.

Oh and course Lucia also has a sad backstory too. Her dad is dead and part of her whole horror gimmick is to find his spirit and say goodbye properly. Because of course.

Which brings me to the final boss of this patch.

Fuck him. He's Lucias dad turned into a monster but he's the worst of the miasna bosses. Annoying as fuck gimmick where you have to run around and play hide and seek with mini Lucia or have him snatch 45% of your HP. If you fail, it's almost a one hit KO. Why the fuck?

Also we finally get introduced to that Hu Tao/Yixuan looking girl.

I managed to grab Flins on a lucky 50/50 but haven't gotten close to his weapon yet. Evidently I didn't need it to clear Abyss though and my R3 Deathmatch was enough. Paired with Ineffa and C1 Aino his side was probably the easiest time I've ever had with Floor 12. I even fucked up and left Neuvilette in as the fourth slot and while he wasn't completely useless, Flins overwhelmingly did the bulk of the team's damage, and with Ineffa's shield he took almost no damage while doing it. Also, he's still only Lv80 with talents around 5 or 6 so he'll only get stronger when I finish building him.

First half was Nilou bloom with Lauma and Nahida, nothing terribly exciting but not nearly as hilariously broken because my bloom team is still kinda underleveled but Nilou and Nahida both have their sig which helps. I never really know who to use as the second hydro so I just threw Kokomi in for healing. When Nefer comes out I imagine she'll probably clean up the first half as easily as Flins did the second.

When the game was new I remember being excited to read the messages that each character sends on their birthday because they felt special. Now that there are 104 playable characters you get one just about every 3 days and it's becoming a chore to read them all. Now I just skim or if a bunch have built up I might just mark them read without even looking.

Why would anyone think what venti needs is to be a normal atk dps?These sound awful. I bet Fischl, sucrose and Mona are getting shitty field dps buffs too cause there is no way they're actually buffing fischl/sucrose utility.

I wanna be optimistic for Diluc but he's standard banner so he's doomed to be basic.

Also I found out you can look at certain full body art in Mecharashi for certain characters.

Also got Lornas ST and got Marcus so I can finally do that stupid commission. I am just missing Hong and Shawnee and Goman.

The story continues to be really Meh but fighting mecha William was fun. I just wish there was voice acting.

I also wish there wasn't a daily sweep limit because now I'm stuck at level 45 and I need to grind like mad to make sure everyone isn't dying.
