I had to open Hoyolab so I could claim the codes without opening the game and saw this so now you have to too. Yup they sure fixed Yelan.

You should see what they had done to Mona and Chasca. One slapped a tarp over the former and the latter became a darkie in black spandex.

I'm afraid of losing Lorna to Seven again, if it happens i'm killing myself in minecraft. The fact guarantee doesn't carry means i have to double down and spend until i get her so it's not wasted.

The nvidia mech is out and it's really cool but gimmicky. Each part has a unique passive. Chest gives ammo if you don't move, the arms come with irremovable shoulder boomboxes that push enemies away and legs give dmg boost with spare weight. This means you actually have a good reason to mix it with other sets (the ammo is good for railgunners).

They're all dumb computer graphics terms like "MMA RTX" and "DLSS".

oh yeah, Varka's model is official now and it's what you'd expect. He's seemingly more muscular but i feel it might be an illusion from his silhouete and clothes (Wrio for example isn't that wider, it's really the gloves and boots). It's obvious hoyo is never going to make make someone wide as the bodybuilder enemies so this the best you'll get.

Hoyo must really thinks GERMAN = BLUE EYE BLOND because he could easily be Jean's brother. If you squint you can see an actual nose and maybe wider jawline.

Going back to hope his kit is really good and he's not crippled without the support that runs before him.

Lucia is supposedly a pretty solid use case for it unless you want to get Shawnee.

I have Lucia leveled, the problem is that she feels super lame until her final skill that leaves burning terrain making her budget eileen. I'll deck her once i unlock it.

I dont trust the game's idea of "intended chip level" cause some stages are big filters without the right units. I was in 7-1 for a while until i finally moved on and got powered with better gear till 8-5 that is a massive spike. You fight a tonatiuh here who -60% whenever you hit with a weapon different from previous one meaning you NEED to have an entire team with one weapon which i cant even make. I htink i'll try after level +60 with ultimate skills.

Buying some y-4 or 5 chips on sale from trader help me but need to get those higher chips soon. Beating the stages nets you free chips too. Only used super conductors on frida, eileen, melissa and cna't even unlock their full passives due to lack of points (2 SC on sylvie too is all she needs).

Oh this reminds me of something i heard: Nodkrai has no daily quest achievements! I guess hoyo fucking gave up on that too.

Anyone got the update on Chaos Zero Nightmare doomposting pre release? Best I could gather is them copying Genshin 50/50 (I swear I got more three stars in a month of playing Blue Archive than a year of Genshin), and it simultaneously nerfing characters and having tons of daily grind.

Me neither. It's generally inoffensive and it doesn't make me feel much but it's not enough to make me come back either.

Besides it's not Seed.

Edit:looking at her had me thinking about NTE and the agenda posting when that game releases because she sort of looks like this character a little.

No joke, my favorite part about 6.0 was the new Traveler Tales, mainly because XINYAN ISN'T TRAPPED IN LIMITED-TIME EVENT HELL, AND SHE'S VOICED! (Which by extension, Barbara should be voiced as well from here on out. Same VA.)

Even though I haven't played Star Rail, I feel bad for Dr. Ratio's voice actor. If true, him being subjected to abuse or coercion from his church is really shitty. On the surface it seems like he's trapped between a rock and a hard place. Some people have even threatened to kill him (which isn't saying much because said threats are from Twitter retards but still).

The shit with Morgan Laure Garrett pisses me off, too. However, I'll simply save my inane ramblings for the voice actor thread.
 
I finished Wuthering Waves: Endgame.

It was alright. Most of the story is done through cut scenes, and while they were nicely animated, the lip-syncing was Genshin tier. I'm guessing they animated for CH, but EN is really bad. There's a lot of yap and at some point, it turns into Galbrena's companion quest. However, I felt that part was mercifully short.

There no new area, per se. It's just alittle bit of the Sanguis Plateau that opens up. There's a bunch of chests around there.

Everybody was there, from the Black Shore to Fractsidus, even their leader pops up. Most of the Huanglong Resonators don't show up. The only ones are Calcharo and Quiyuan, and the latter was there to capture Scar, whom Cristoforo broke out of jail.

"RIP" Carthethya, but definitely RIP my boy Avidius. Galbrena is broken, and I mean this with the role she plays in the story. Remember Augusta's companionship quest? She was protecting a girl named Angel. Guess who that is?

Roccia's voice was changed. It's a lot higher in pitch. I haven't used her in battle, so no idea how she sounds there.

I like the new event, but as I was having fun, I have to wait until the next stages are unlocked.

A robot lion man. Interesting. For a game with robots and animal people, it's quite something else that he's only the third playable robot aside from Qingyi (whose very human design looks like a cop-out, even if I do like her) and Billy.

I don't count Seed.

Dollarstore cursed me so i lost to got shawnee and spent 120 on lorna reeeeee (joke).

I leveled my mizuki to 80 and gave her the event catalyst and with it she goes to 934 EM, skill and burst level 8. Some quick review

>actually unironically good
+She generates 1 particle with each skill shot so 4 particles fairly fast and her burst costs 60 and lasts 12s. Sayu and Jean for example generate 2 (3 with sayu if you delay the spin) and cost 80 (with energy regen). You waste a few seconds but you can use her quickswap if you want.
+Her skill is a true float and good for exploration. It's one of the few mobility skills that regenerates stamina but you still have the choice to dash during it for more distance if you need. Automatic too so good for lazies.
+Her skill has good AoE and is completely automatic, as in, it will keep firing even if you're smacked around which is nice if you're lazy and only wants to focus on dodging. Swirl does good AoE damage in overworld so she's not bad at it. Could be an ok theater filler, especially for electrocharge.
+Skill actually has better ICD, swirling every 2 hits.

-Swirl dps with lack of crowd control lol
-Obviously terrible against single target and too weak for anything actually threatning. Zero anemo dmg.
-Healing is mediocre (5k~ rn) but the fact her burst lacks a group heal, doesn't do damage if it heals and only heals until 70% is depressing. Sayu does all that at C1. I don't think she can even use furina well.
-Her burst will actually spawn random dreams around you that you must touch to take effect. This means it's bad for most other dps as you're probably not moving around while attacking and can be tiresome for mizuki as you actually must put effort to go pick the dreams.
-I don't have ineffa to know if it makes her better but if i had ineffa i would probably use her with kazuha or sucrose since i dont need a sustain there.
-Doesn't really have good f2p weapons and can't use sacrificial. I think the lute from the event is her best choice as it gives ER + 200 EM.
-If you squint her wind powers look like fart clouds.

tl;dr: Cute and usable for exploring but heal restriction is depressive and BAD for anything actually challenging.

Now for something positive, i really like how well animated dori is in her nodkrai intro, fuck them haters she did nothing wrong. The only problem is that the english VA is not synced with her animations at all so she does gestures too early or too late.

Even screenshotted her jewi- I MEAN "happy merchant" pose.

Anyone has any idea how many hours the nodkrai quest takes? I have to do it for the bonus gems but i'm too lazy...

He looks ok but if he's the apology for Manato+Seed it might end up the worst of both worlds. He's not robot enough for mech fans and not husbando enough for women. Saw some people say his older voice is a big turn off. They'd have to market or sell him really hard, especially if they reveal the next void hunter soon like i heard.

I wish they'd stop doing that. If they do it, it's the third time, ZZZ has had a male S rank right before a highly anticipated Void Hunter or Void Hunter LARPer I guess in Yixuans case, thus guaranteeing he's gonna sell poorly.

Unless the void hunter is Zhao. That'd be fucking funny.
 
I love how this thread appreciates Dori. My little headcanon is that she scams trannies into injecting horsepiss straight into their veins as a form of HRT ❤️ She even stole Varka's horses to make it happen and now all of Teyvat's horses are in her basement somewhere in Nasha Town
