Back to the sadness: there are rumors on the CN side that Black Beacon is closing up shop soon.

- Devs have been put on "indefinite vacation leave"
- Many employees have left the company altogether, so there's not enough manpower to fix the mess. This might be why we have gone through a second cycle of unplayable endgame mode.

- It's not known where the company has even moved. I bring this up because the reason behind the fucking patch lasting three fucking months like it was a fucking modern Halo game was because they had to move offices.

- EOS is speculated to be announced before the end of the month.

Idk if this was asked before but is there a site or whatever that posts tldr of all new shit that came/is coming ? Since my frend is interested in whats new and i dont really follow the news that much.
 
So did anyone here get Lauma? What are your thoughts on her, is she that much better than nahida? Is she useful in a quicken team with tighnari for example? Good for haitham? Maybe even emilie or kinich? I am currently on 50 ptiy and guarantee and i'm not sure i want to spend all this rolls on her and potentially not get Durin, but i fear durin might not be a support and if he isn't it's joever.

It's fucking cartoon characters who are ADULTS and probably never met each and joked by her voice actor who i trust to know more about her characterization than you. Just say you hate straight ships and is calling it problematic to cancel the voice actor.

Of what game, genshin? I use this website, it's very clean and literally datamines the betas so everything there is the true in-game description of kits, weapons, artifacts etc but there is no gameplay. It has star rail betas too but no ZZZ.


If you want to follow ALL leaks there is the genshin leaks, star rail leaks, zzz leaks and WuWa leaks subreddits. It's reddit so it's gay and cringe and you get schizo leaker theories that are fake but at least i's not discord or twitter.

I'd just save, pulls are gonna be barren until Durin since 6.1 is the UGC shill patch. Shes a replacement Nahida for bloom and hyperbloom teams if you didnt get Nahida c2 (though running them together will still be the stronger choice in both counts and on Nefer's teams too) and she shreds some dendro with her skill so she can work in quicken.

The ridiculous thing is that the VA only joked about it because she and Rerir's VA are dating in RL (the same is apparently true in the KR version too, which I do find quite funny). It was supposed to be this harmless joke, but ofc certain chronically online wo/manchildren had to have a breakdown because "Skirk is an abuse victim and Rerir is abusive-coded". I swear, these people's interpretations of characters are beyond ridiculous. Rerir is an unhinged maniac, but to then imply this to mean he goes around raping people as if he has nothing better to do.

But then anti-het shippers are a special kind of desperate. I once came across a long-ass post about why Cyno/Nilou is abusive, where the deranged author of said post completely misinterpreted either of those two, twisting them into something completely unrecognisable just so she could argue Cyno would lock Nilou up at home and beat her...

God, I hate this fandom.

I have her. She basically deals Lunar Bloom damage through her skill and burst. The Verdant Dew (crescent moon icons) stacks up to 3 when she creates dendro cores, which strengthens her Lunar Bloom damage. She also triggers 25% dendro and hydro res shred with her skill.

Lauma is better than Nahida in bloom teams (bloom, hyperbloom, burgeon). Nahida is better in quicken, spread and aggravate teams. She can work with Emilie and Kinich if the fourth character is a hydro like Furina.

We're getting a ton of free pulls after Lauma's banner so it's up to you.

Cyno is only aggressive with literal criminals because that's his job. He goes camping and makes bad puns with his friends. Collei, who canonically has PTSD from abuse, is not afraid of him at all.

This is what real mischaracterization is like. Also lmao at them choosing the only playable brown man in Sumeru to paint as an abuser. Do you remember who posted it?

I hate the Genshin fandom so much it's unreal, like christ on a bike why are they all so fucking retarded. Every VA should do what Bronya's HSR VA does where they record under a pseudonym and never, ever interact with the retarded masses. Just collect your cheque and move on.

Been kinda busy so I'm scrambling to finish the 6.0 archon quest and the event at the same time and it's super annoying how there's no markers to indicate that you'll be yoinked into a random cutscene from half way across the map. I just want to unlock all the telepoint ponts please Mihoyo leave me in peace.

I kid you not, Cyno has a small but vocal hatedom that bashes him on the principle of being a COP who beats criminals meaning he practices police brutality therefore he must be ABUSIVE and liking him is copaganda.

Even a popular theory crafter named Zajef fucking hates cyno, calls him a cop and garbage and tells people to not roll him.

Disregard that Cyno is not only a nice guy, he's actually a GENERAL like Sara (who was 100% pro-facist Raiden btw) and nowadays they flanderized his love for puns and card games so much he's bordering on joke character.

Altho i feel this is probably shippers trying to paint straight ships as "problematic" again, you would never see cyno/tighnari be called "abusive".

Wth, I wasn't aware of that. I trained my algorithms to mostly only show me JP fanatics, so I tend to miss those things, which is all the better because idiotic takes like that tend to piss me off, lol. Shows that these people are incapable of keeping their RL, US-centric takes out of any kind of fantasy world. That, and they only see characters as tropes, they can't have any depth. Unfortunately, Cyno has been done dirty by Hoyo in more ways than on (I'm still going to get his "free" C1, no one can stop me), nowadays he's nothing but the joking half to his corporate mandated ship.

It's so funny how het ships are held to completely different standards than yaoi/yuri ones. When trying to find the post I was talking about earlier, I was looking through the Cyno/Nilou tag and one of the main complaints is that you can't ship them because they barely interact on screen. Yet Scaramouche/Kazuha has at one point been one of the most popular ships and those two have never even met. But I guess that's only a problem for gross het.

But enough fandom sperging. I got the new zone to 100% just now, did all the quests and cleared it out with the compass. Now I'm asking myself what I'm going to do with my Flins when I get him. I didn't quite think this through.

I'm contemplating Flins or Arlecchino. I have Ineffa but I mainly use her for Neuvillette lunar-charged. I heard Flins was nerfed.

I'm firmly in camp "Favourites > meta", so if it's the latter you want, I'm sure others will be able to give you better advice. But I'd guess that Arlecchino is more flexible team-wise than Flins? And while Flins has decent dps (afaik the nerfs weren't that bad), Nefer, unless they still nerf her in beta, is already stronger than him. Guess after Neuvillette no other male dps will ever be allowed to be in the top 3.

Flins' problem is that he's crippled without ineffa, is the first real burst dps in years and wastes the best supports in some form (can't use kazuha and furina dmg bonus, barely attacks for xinqiu/yelan, etc). The game is currently shilling him pretty hard tho with 3 electro charge weak bosses.

Nefer is actually getting doomposted pretty badly right now because theorycrafters fumbled again and did her calcs before her animations were out (i hate "spreadsheet impact" so much) and hyped her as potentially stronger than mavuika cause they're retarded. Her numbers are high but her charge attack and burst are slower than expected and you're better not bursting at all so her real dps

Her best team (Nefer/Lauma/Nahida/C6 Aino) was called out for lack of sustain (good luck spamming charge wtihout a shield in this economy) so now they're calcing with kokomi and it lowers further, she's not really so much stronger than flins and is somehow more restricted than him...

Nefer ironically isn't good at countering bloom crab either. It has to be Lauma breaking the shield by herself but if you have Lauma you could use her with nilou, haitham, neuvilete or whatever.

We'll see if she gets buffed or nerfed tomorrow but it's clear hoyo wants players to get Lauma C1 so she can heal, that won't change. I doubt we're getting 5* dendro healer OR shielder ever again as it would delete baizhu too hard.

I like straight genshin ships not because I like shipping (cringe) but because I enjoy pissing off both fujoshits/yuritroons who insist on calling every character canonically gay, and because I enjoy seeing incels sperg out about their fictional waifu being stolen by another fictional character. Gacha fans are uniquely pathetic lol
