After like 2months of leveling characters these are only ones left to get to 80 (FUCK GRINDING XP that shit takes fucking ages there is no chance in hell i will go above 80 with chars that i dont even use)

Also of course they’re now introducing a way to get a character to Level 100, you just need to roll a SSR who’s Constellations you have Maxed - twice -to get the items to do it.
 
Livestream is currently happening and some huge news

-Lauma + Nahida banner -> Flins banner with Aino (leakers lied, flins is second half)


-You will now be able to farm one single non archon 5* constelation every 3 months unit released until Baizhu EXCEPT Kazuha, yelan and haitham, aka the only old units who are still meta lmao.

The only units here with useful C1s are baizhu, shenhe and hu tao. This makes me think this is hoyo's idea of "Buffing old character" and nothing more. Here is your C1 eula that gives a micro dgm bonus. Are you happy now?

-Getting a C7 character now gives you a new ascension material and that puts you to level 95 then another for level 100

-Anniversary rewards are same as before... 20 rolls, 80k mora (thats not even 30 resin), free pet, 1 standard 5*, but also an elixir and dust feather. I think i'll get dehya c2 to see if she becomes playable.

-Sumeru chronicle banner has tighnari, nilou, cyno, alhaitham, wanderer and dehya, making me realizd sumeru only has six 5* without nahida

Okay so you do get your free 5* standard banner character. So much for more characters being added to the roster. But hey, I get to c1 Diluc and get Jean.

I got c1 Yae Migo chasing Kirara on her debut banner so getting a free c2 Stinky Fox is a pretty sweet steal for me. I have c6 Diluc so I'll eventually be able to 95 one guy after he spooks me again.
 
Well, shit. They said C7+ will be given retroactively, but I don't have any 5 star at c6. Reactions gonna hit harder, no doubt. My c2 Nahida makes hyperblooms hit for 62k. I wonder if I level up Kuki to 100, will these be able to hit for 100k?
 
btw found out this thing in mecharashi, i kept getting these cassete tapes but cant use them in the shop, they're in the event tab with it's own shop. You get 100 per day and can use them to get an NVidia mech (lol) and a free Evangelion pilot.

In the store you can buy some stuff for tapes too, including a backpack box that gives you any gold backpack in the game. I heard the Jammer ARMOR is the best as it ignores 50% enemy armor and is harder to craft, so it's more value and usable on any dps.

Transformative reactions scale absurdly with level so from 90 to 100 we are talking literally +40%~ base hyperbloom damage, unless they change the formula. My Diluc is C5 so at least now i won't kill myself when he becomes c7.

I think this is hoyo's attempt at "fixing" those reactions having low ceiling. They didn't scale well with vertical investment but now if you're a whale you can boost them massively with the new level cap.

Dangerous precedent since at any time they could release a unit much more suited to triggering hyperblooms.

As an FYI its 1 new item to go to 95 then 2 to go to 100, so it would be 3 times hitting a unit over c6 to get a level 100 unit.

Yup, it's genshinblox. This means someone will recreate WuWa and Uma Musume in genshin, but also that someone will make ERP servers to groom children. It's inevitable.

You can get a free standard and c1 them instead. They're all powercrep badly but Diluc is fine if you have no pyro dps, Tighnari is the only decent f2p dendro dps, jean is a good anemo healer and mona is at least a hydro unit. The other 3 should be avoided...

Won't be soon if so. They just made two five star electro units back to back. So if it will, it's likely be a 4-star. And how better can it be?

I really, really hope this is something totally separate from Genshin so the shitty fanbase moves to that instead, and that I can avoid it like the plague.

I was half-expecting one of their designs to be based on Homu from HI3. Speaking of Kiana, is it "normal" that Hoyo reuses characters for their Honkai games? Impact 3rd had Bronya, Selee and Himeko, and they were reused in HSR.

Raiden Mei was reused in both Genshin and HSR although distinct enough that both characters feel separate. So I treat them as separate characters from Raiden Mei who doesn't really look like either of them except purple and lightning.

From what the leakers have said, it's within the Genshin client because of all the resource sharing, but is completely separate. So you'd open Genshin then enter the game or the UGC mode.

However, as it's a Chinese game I expect it to be heavily moderated like everything else in China just in case one enterprising user wants to re-create Tiananmen Square but with Zhongli acting as tank guy. So I doubt it'll reach Roblox levels of grooming, just the normal Genshin levels of grooming.
