I saw the leak subreddit and thought i was on the WuWa one because the new Genshin deer waifu looks like a WuWa character lol. Or i guess blue chasca with a star rail chinese dress. The little girl looks like she has ZZZ style clothes stuck in genshin loli model making her proportions look wrong and gross.

And i recommend not sleeping on the 4* event claymore, that one is niche but really good for an event weapon. It requires EC or bloom so it's likely that Lauma will have some kind of Lunar Bloom reaction, hopefully it makes the nilou mains happy.

No claymores and Varka being sword already made that highly questionable when Varka teaches Razor.

Lauma just put a ton of """"reliable"""" leakers on fraud watch because no one saw her coming, everyone kept saying it would be a 5* electro husbando focused on electro charge. Shiroha (that star rail leaker i mentioned) changed their line up entirely and still got it wrong. Many insisted Yelan skin was 5* too when it isn't.

AFAIK this was the only leak who predicted lauma with bizarrely good accuracy a month ago, from a no name whose post is gone.

btw i played zzz and spent all my free pulls i got from anniversary and previous free stuff on miyabi and lost 50/50 to soldier 11 near pity, rip i guess, hoyo don't want me playing zzz either.

edit: Is Skirk the new top troll pick character or something? Literally my first event match and this asshole didn't even attack and just ran circles around me.

Second match was a burn reaction and i said there is no need to actually play burn and nahida would kill arlechino and bro tells me to "stfu". Hoyo is really converting me to the other side and i'm starting to have co-op, the event feels unsalvageable and it's less stressful to just stay silent and fail.

Going off my experience with this event, the rule of thumb on the Asia server is if the persons name is in Japanese or Korean, there's a good chance they can read and understand the assignment. English name? Less that 1% chance they can read and you're in for a bad time.

There's a reason if you come across 게이 깜둥이 on a PVP, you're boned. They're (usually) not horrible at playing the game.

You have 2 good options besides her sig:
Weeping Cradle (Rina's sig) - better than w5 Kaboom at 2 or more stars
Kaboom the Cannon (Lucy's sig) - better at w5 than w1 Weeping Cradle.
There's also Gameball (she has 100% uptime on it), but only for non-anomaly teams.

I just slapped Weeping Cradle on her and called it a night
 
People are blindly praising Black Beacons English dub but my god the actors have zero consistency on how they pronounce words. It just occurred to me how bad it actually is.

Just for the Delphi side story chapter.
Aratos: A-ray-toss or Ah-rah-toes.
Phaenomena: Fay-no-me-na or Phenomena, the right way.

Even earlier chapters had this issue.
Yuanquan. The right way which is "yen-schwen" or the dreaded wrong way "you-Ann-schwuan". Think I heard "You-Ann-Chen" from one VA.

Weishi: pronounced "way-shir" but it's not uncommon to hear "Way-shi"

Cang Luo: pronounced "Tsahng law" but some VAs do the dreaded "Kahng".

Shit, I'll switch over to Chinese at this point. This is fucking garbage lmao.

Oh and script mistakes. Characters being giving the wrong pronouns and names.

Aratos was initially referred to as a man but he's actually a woman and the game just treats it like it's always been the case.

I'm bit of a stickler for consistency and quality and knowledge regarding that shit.

I wish I would still need echoes, I constantly capped and my inventory is full of echo boxes.
granted I should probably churn through more of them to clear them, but that's boring as fuck to the point I rather play something else.

It's twice as bothersome when new characters release with entirely new echo sets so the boxes are effectively useless unless you either go for rerun characters or wait until the new bitch shows up because you can't actually prefarm.

I don't really prefarm since there's hardly any character I REALLY want, and I don't wanna waste the time and energy if I get spooked. besides, without BP mora really becomes an issue where you have to spend resin on leylines again.

in general I'm just not a fan of that type of "endless content", especially in a game that's supposed to be played in small chunks every day. just let me grind to build my own with a timesink instead of RNG and it would fix a lot of issues, not only for me - lot of people don't engage with the system at all because it's too complicated and tedious, and the content that requires it can easily be ignored. yet those people still log in every day and do other chores on top, which makes the whole reddit argument "hurr if they got everything they'd stop playing" obviously retarded (not to mention "everything" is a fucking moot point with a new character you'd have to build coming out every 6-12 weeks).

I will happily report that fuck all has changed. It might have gotten a little worse now. Couldn't stand it, so switched to Chinese. Will be doing the same for all the new characters since JP is dead and I am so over English.

Actually AFAIK, the game hasn't even been released in SEA at all.

AFAIK, Genshin doesn't have boxes, period. You can't even reroll on relics properly like WuWa.

Also, HSR reroll is a joke. 8/10 times I literally get the exact same stats. What the fuck lol. :suffering:

What do you mean no boxes? You could always spend 3 5* artifacts to convert into a different 5* artifact, but the piece and stats are totally random. Otherwise there is custom craft using elixir where you pick the piece main stat and 2 rolls with different costs. Takes a year for sets to become boxable tho.

I dont know WuWa but the new dust feathers let you reroll a level 20 artifact now, there is no guarantee ofc so i wouldn't risk it unless you got a botched artifact with 4-5 wasted rolls. It also has a "pity" where if you fuck up enough you get 1 chance to force 2 rolls where you want.

Those aint perfect but they're somehow still better than Star Rail where strongbox is a 10 to 1 conversion, custom crafting (self model resin) only selects the main stat and the reroll dice is way harder to obtain (as it's crafted using 3 of cusom craft material).

I know, but that's not a box, though. Not at all what I'm talking about. And what do you mean by "boxable"?

In WuWa, you, either through defeating certain enemies or quests or through the BP, get several boxes that you can "open" for echoes, which are essentially your artifacts.

1 box = 1 echo. I'm fucking drowning in the things.

Plus, if you get one with a shit mainstat, you can just manually change it in the data bank, which is essentially your echo management farm and database.

And yes, you can merge echoes into new echoes, but I prefer just changing the stats.

It also doesn't take a whole damn year.

That's not to say WuWa's system is perfect. The game is absurdly rough and stingy when it comes to leveling up echoes, since you can only level up echoes by using other echoes that are already leveled up or actual level-up items that you can't farm the same way you can farm money and EXP items for characters and weapons. You can use unleveled weapons to level up weapons, but you can't, for some fucking reason, do the same with echoes.

Edit: it's been ages since I've opened one of those WuWa boxes, and I know it's a 1:1 ratio for 4 and 3 cost echoes, but is it the same for 1 cost?

Boxable as in strongboxable, because the conversion mechanic is called "Strongbox" for some reason.


I get what you mean now, but like sandoz said it's there, just exclusive to abyss and i think from sumeru onwards they started giving new arts. I stopped opening them a while ago as i can't manage my arts for shit and this was the closest thing to "banking" artifact exp.

It took genshin years to finally turn artifact exp as it's own universal resource (sanctifying essense) that you can make by discarding level 0 artifacts. Sounds like WuWa still haven't figured that one out.
