As of know, the story's been good, but it's slow. I think the next patch that progresses the story line is 2.6. The same happened in the beginning. It took a couple of patches for the story to move along.

As for the gacha, they tend to do a new character, a couple of reruns, and the standard banner. While the cost for pulling is more than WuWa and Hoyo games (180 vs. 160), the pity is less. I think it's 60 or 70 pulls. However, the pity varies depending on the banner.

Apparently Mizuki and Varesa VA's are from UK so i wonder if hoyo just stopped giving fucks about murican VAs and going for europe.

There was also tribe nine tension card update and new character banner today. Some cards are actually viable now while others ate shit and are still useless (the rare timestop card i got has 35s cooldown wow fuck me), while others are so strong i have no idea the devs allowed it, but i'm not sure they care at this point.

I think everyone here played these games enough to know >40% crit rate costing 1/5 slot for the full team is kinda insane. And this card is a level zero cost zero so it works at the start of boss fight. All you need is 1 person casting a shield and the dps having some form of "additional attack" (usually automatic indirect stuff like turrets or poison).

What i mean is, this is waaay better than the previous limited card that is super niche and not even good. I guess they must compensate the lack of skin shop with OP limited cards. I'll pray it doesn't lead to to card powercreep.

They're giving another 10 roll login bonus week but also confirmed they had to delay the next update by 2 weeks to r which is baaad. I like the game but now that i finished the story the lack of stamina system hits me that i dont have a real " daily routine" and it's giving me autism. I think this game needs faster content or else people will be burn out from potentially unlimited grind fast, and hopefully not die.

And whole unrelated but i just found out english rememberance trailblazer is mute and so is dan heng and himeko? Those 3 will probably get new VAs soon.

They have, Hoyo now works with SIDE Global to handle all the VA work for Genshin, which gives them access to the euro talent pool who aren't affected by the strike.

Question is if getting a roll is easy or you need to grind for every roll with hard power creep.

The game is generous with its currency. To put it intovperspective: I'm missing 7 6 star characters and I've probably spent like 100 to 150 bucks, compared to HSR that I'm missing 9 5 stars and I've spent like quintuple that amount.

Idk, I tried it, thought is was ok, didn't enjoy the first event, quit.

I'll say this, R1999 has one of, if not the most unique characters I've seen, one of the characters speaks in numbers, and the other one is inside of the TV.

If anything, as long as anyone who are willing to work. They get the role. Obviously UK is much easier and more willing, not having to deal with Sag Aftra bullshit or "lazy people" using the strike as excuse of not-working.

Lol well that's embarrassing.

Anyway no luck with most of my pulls. Did Tortellinis character quest because why not and I suppose my biggest weakness is robots vs humans or organic lifeforms because watching the robot trying to "cure" its creator by dropping a bunch of mechanical parts on him, then having an emotional breakdown because the guy is dead and nothing can "fix" him made me tear up. Jesus.

That was, by far, much more interesting than Tortilini himself. I will say, in my eternal edginess, I was disappointed that the robot didn't die with its creator for ultimate epic sad feels.

The Pyro support/enabler dream is DEAD. Natlan has one single pyro unit and it's everyone's favourite character ever mauvika.

Ifa is catalyst on the code so he's our 7th anemo catalyst. He's 100% a 4* cause hoyo is NOT releasing a 5* husbando in this economy (and every tribe has only one 5*). He's going to fly like casca but worse. If he's main dps he's a troll pick. If he's swirl he's the poor man's sucrose who would use VV over cinder. If he's sustain then he competes with jean, mizuki, sayu, xianyun and lanyan. He will not scale with hp but ttds will be BiS.

Best case scenario is a cinder city subdps that absorbs an element and enables a bit or he has some unique gimmicky superbuff, otherwise its TOTAL IFA DEATH bros.
 
Ifa's kit will be shit but he'll still be a better character than most modern 4*s because 90% of his value won't be from his kit, it'll be from his permanent 40% damage buff on Pyro, Hydro, Electro, Cryo and Anemo he gives by being an Anemo Natlan wearing Cinder City.

No lunar eclipse in china until September, so no point in them doing an event based on it now. It's more likely they'll do something on the full moon, which in china is on the 29th of March, or the 28th of April. Considering the teaser website lasts until May, there's plenty of time.
 
I've gone 2 whole fucking versions farming the artifact set for Furina and Neuvillette, and the best I can show for it is a level 20 flower with Crit DMG%, Crit Rate%, ATK% and fucking DEF that absorbed all of the stat ups. It feels fucking miserable loading up the game every day knowing it's going to spit in my face and give me nothing but flat ATK/DEF artifacts that suck dick.
