it's like dragonspire for mondstadt, separate from the rest. new patch is probably 3 weeks away, which will just add more chasm (possibly in the same way the last event worked with it's own temporary map).

I think the only required content are certain character stories and the main story. events might require more like the enkanomiya questline to get into the event area - next patch probably requires to have done the chasm quest. so even if they add more to watatsumi/enkomiya (doubt it) plenty of time to do it till then.

That foggy southern area of Inazuma is deliberately that way until a future update right?

There are some public servers open to join, another server has added authentication so you have to register to enter it.
I do not recommend joining any and all servers! Join at your own risk!

Other than that, pretty impressive project.
The Discord server is as "Discord" as ever.
As in its complete cancer and the word REAL being written over and over makes me want to commit fatwa.
But its not that moderated, if its being moderated at all.

They'll start the 2.8 beta before 2.7. Rumors that Mihoyo cant record the livestream with the chinese VAs due to the shangai lockdown and they're delaying the patch until they can do it.

Note that there was no official "drip marketing" for 2.8 which makes sense since the stream was delayed but with the beta we might see a new character, like heizou (who's been teased already) or someone completely new.

Honestly, I'd still use it on Xiao or Jean since everyone else wants EM. (Maybe Kazuha, but don't know his stat needs)

Hey, an on-set goblet with high attack and decent ER means you can build your crit elsewhere. Plus, it didn't not roll crit, it just only rolled each once. They add value just by being their initial amounts.

I'd imagine with the current update hiatus many are just logging in to do dailies then logging off without bothering to burn their resin.

burning resin only takes like 5 minutes tho, turn it into condensed resin then steamroll 4 domains of whatever you need/want. leylines are probably even faster and mora does become an issue later for high upgrades (although I personally prefer to do those without condensed for the increased drops, domains it doesn't matter). weekly bosses don't take that long either.

Extremely unlikely considering the battle pass namecard always matches the current event and there is no event going on so they must delay with it.

I know but that's not how genshin works. The devs clearly value a perfect schedule above all else and they're not changing plans unless it's for extremely minor inconsequential stuff like the incoming teapot event.

Also, the fact that the devs explictly say the compensations will be adjusted on the final week based on how early the next update comes proves the devs are still greedy fucks trying really hard to fix this soon as possible so we get less free stuff.

Also also, the teapot event that gives friendship points will play out even if the teapot isnt fixed which is hilarious (and sad). I have beidou and xq stuck at 10 friendship there.

More proof that the devs dont have any actual plan here besides waiting. They cant start a new filler banner or new battle pass because they dont know when shit will be fixed and it would delay their schedule even further.

I have my Zhongli, Ganyu & Benny there, which are stuck with 10 Friendship in mine. I was supposed to put my Yanfei, XQ, & Ning there. Hell, I was supposed to put a 5th one but the editing is locked.

I'm just gonna do my weekly shit tomorrow. The game is being retarded so be it.
