otherwise snow-tombed starsilver, first one is free. proc gets a bad rep because easy to miss, but here's the thing: proper team and build most small stuff dies way too fast anyway. big stuff is big enough to not move around much and almost always getting hit.
Honestly, I’ll take a dialogue heavy event, but that’s because I’m so used to everything going straight to fights to the death that people solving their problems by actually talking feels like a breath of fresh air. If nothing else, at least Eula and Albedo are getting some character development - it honestly feels like the 5*’s get less love than the 4*’s in that regard outside the Main story, unless they’re an Archon.
5* have their story quests, 4* get hangouts (for now at least).
I assume mihyo is still working off the whining about last lantern festival where all you did was shopping with geo ceo and running errands for random people, not gatcha characters. so every event has at least 5+ chars just for the sake of being there.
Dragonspine is a looot easier if you have a well leveled pyro dps and a healer that isnt barbara. If all you got is amber and barbara then it's the worst place in the planet. The race event is also a lot easier if you have max stamina.

That's the thing, all I have is Amber & Barbara. Amber is my only Pyro & pretty much is necessary to have in the area, not to include, there's some bottle thing I haven't unlocked yet cause apparently it's related to the Frost Bearing tree.

If you're not saving for someone and doesnt mind getting eula (strong but needs right teammates) or albedo (good but one trick pony), i recommend a bit to see if you get bennet, even without c1 he really the entire game easier. Rosaria is also super flexible and noele at least wont wet you.

I actually have a Barbara, Kaeya, Beidou team for absolute damage/heal bonus, with an Amber because you won't survive in this game without a Pyro & an Archer. I also have a personal dislike towards Polearm units, they go against my playstyle a bit.
Bennett may genuinely be the unit I want the most in this game, alongside Ningguang (I want my Donlad Trump Grindset of creating walls at anywhere, in anyone) & Tartagalia (I like unique playstyle characters, the weapon change is great in my eyes). As for 5*, I genuinely don't mind getting one cause I'm a collector in pretty much every Gacha I play, & the only 5* I have are the MC & Aloy, probably would like a Diluc cause Pyro, even though I'm tired of fucking Claymores.
Hell, I may be more autistic about it by being a bit upset at getting a new unit instead of Bennett, specially a unit I don't need whatsoever. Seriously, I don't really need the another Cryo (Kaeya is enough for me), or Geo (I'm rather happy with the MC, I wish I could get Geo Sigils easily tho to get C2 on him for his exploding rocks), & going for one unit feels stupid when I could save for future on something later like the Ganyu (I don't know why she's considered the best unit in the game, I should probably do some research on that part) or just another time Bennett is with some other unit I give a shit about.

We'll probably get a Klee or yoimiya rerun before a new 5* pyro dps and you might hate klee's playstyle or think yoimiya is weak (which she kinda is, sadly). There is always the chance to get Diluc tho, he's pretty fun and easy to use.

i'm the opposite lmao, 50% of my team at all times, except for when i'm farming friendship occasionally, are hutao & zhongli. polearm is very fun when you learn when to charge attack and cancel at the proper times. i don't enjoy archer playstyle at all because it's too wonk, only exception is with fischl because i just popped oz and let her do off-field damage while i went unga bunga.
the only exception i will make for now is ganyu because waifu, she escaped the first time and i ain't lettin her get away, not after waiting a whole year.
speaking of which, ubatcha is a load of shit but plausible, given last year's triple banner and the official funky tweet

Definitely going for the Ganyu (I'll probably be able to get 40-50 Fate by then).
Getting Xiangling is on the list of things to do, & I mean it literally, it's the last mission for my experience quest level. I just need to stop being a pussy & actually do the Spiral Abyss till the 3rd floor for once.
As for the 5*, it really doesn't matter much, Bennett, Tartagalia, & Ningguang are my most wanted units, & I'm pretty sure none of them are 5*. I only said Diluc cause it's probably one of the more necessary units I may need later on, but it may be unnecessary due to Xiangling, if I learn to use the Polearm. Guess Ganyu & Venti are the only ones that matter now.

Since you mentioned Venti and Ganyu, an extremely good end game team that may interest you would be the famed Morganna set up. You will want Ganyu, Venti, Mona and Diona to prepare, prolong and exploit the Freeze status. Team is cheap to gear but requires a bit of luck as Mona is entirely random on appearing.
As for spear users, only Hu Tao's normal attacks will matter, the rest are more to "cast and swap" Rosaria and Xiangling to Xiao's "Burst and jump attack". May be slightly wrong on Xiao's part.

Whooperflowers are canonically intelligent and capable of shapeshifting so this fake albedo is a super whooperflower that gained sentience thanks to the dragon's blood (i think??), shapeshifted as Albedo and stole his stuff.

Last year triple banner patch was (apparently) more of a last minute emergency, since chinese new year is a very political event they couldnt have someone so associated with death like hu tao, so they decided to randomly throw keqing in the middle. There is no reason to assume it will happen again but if the devs want to rerun everyone before sumeru then this would be the best time to throw zongli.
There are no implications for zongli in the leaks but it's not THAT insane, the only thing that makes it questionable is is why the devs would want to murder Shenhe's sales this bad. If Kokomi had it hard between Ayaka and Raiden, putting shenhe against xiao, ganyu and zongli is suicide.

I'm going for Ganyu for sure. Venti is someone I wanted cause I started playing during his banner, but I had to quit around 2-3 days of playing due to the stress it put on my old phone. Plus, femboy god is a hilarious concept. I do have a Diona, Mona I always am in the middle of thinking "should I hope to get her or not".

Honestly if you have your levels, talents, and weapons maxed thats not the worst place in the world to be. Just enjoy login impact where you do your commissions, burn resin on artifacts, then log out.

you only ever need a certain amount of chars anyway (4/8 + spares depending on abyss or zone), and a lot of the sets have multiple use. is a gladiator optimal on every char? not really, but five golden ones with ok-ish substats will still be better than anything you haven't leveled or can grind for in a sane timeframe. so just move it from one char to the next when you need it, talents and char level are much more important in that regard since they can't be as easily transferred.
also purple artifacts aren't bad. of course they're worse than golden ones, but so are chars and weapons that aren't 5* with c6/r5, but proposing not using anything inbetween would be utterly dumb. when you level your chars you get a fuckload of purple stuff, instructor/exile work on almost every support char, berserker depends but lack of stats will be offset by the increase in crit (thus damage). plus you can transfer almost all that artifact exp to a golden one later (you only get 80% "back", but it can still crit for 2x/5x the amount).
as for exploration back then when liyue started to burn me out I dealt with the story that unlocks other stuff and then just put it on hold. all those unopened chests etc won't disappear (unless it's something specific like the archipelago), just do it later whenever you feel like it. for example I still haven't done most of the hangouts because I'm not really in the mood for overly long dialogs - I get enough of that during events...
Done more of the event, the story was pretty lame and obvious trailer bait but albedo and eula are likable enough here. The plant boss is kinda easy but also pretty interesting, will try coop out of curiosity later or help people if they need it.

I was praying for a Jean or Mona but i'm still happy with this. I already play Diluc 24/7 so i couldnt ask for a better weapon. I guess Beidou can have the tuna.

You dont get the same medals from the plant, you get emblems which is a different currency for a different shop. I dont recommend aiming for R5 archaic, the passive aint that great and isnt worth 4 billets. You mostly use it since it's a decent 4* f2p claymore.

That actually happened to me too, but i just went back to the previous place and found the challenge there. The game was apparently updated out of nowhere just a bit ago while i was playing, maybe to fix this.
If you dont have bennet then you might think he's a tragic character from this event but he's portrayed as this huge loser. It's like the game forgot that Bennet isnt just unlucky, he's a huge loser too but now he's sad about it.
Also, i tried abyss 11 and wow i might actually not be able to 9* it now? Chamber 1 has to defend the monolith so a player with no big CC (venti,kazuha, etc) like should give up i guess? Chamber 3 has a fuckton of water boyos jumping at you and then some robots. How is this supposed to be an incentive to play geo/phys teams? Sounds like pyro vape and/or cryo freeze are better choices even with the leyline buff, even on floor 12.
