You can trade three 5* artifacts for an artifact box on the alchemy table but for only gladiator, wanderer, noblesse and bloodstained. It's not worth it by any means but at least i got my bennet and diona some passable hp% noblesse sets.
In other news, i got the luxurious sea lord 2 minutes ago and leveled it up to 80, here is my in depth review:

That has been my only domain I've been doing for the past two months and its insane to me how much dogshit that place drops. The only usable stuff I have from it is on Raiden and Xian and that's because only those 8 pieces aren't complete crap. Everything else has been HP% or DEF% with substats almost always being HP,ATK, and DEF.
As for the event it seems okay so far, really like that in one of them they just set up air currents so you can glide from fight to fight instead of futzing around with the map. Populating old areas with stuff to do at least gives them a purpose again, can't think of the last time I actually did something in Dragonspine that was more than just pop in and talk to someone. I'm kind of surprised at how much dancing around the Stove God's identity they're doing, it seems pretty obvious so far considering the entire theme of the event. This one will be annoying to do everything on the last day though if you wait, tons of scouring areas, dialog, a time sink minigame and the usual back and forth on the map.

still not worth it, HP is among the highest drop chance, you'd get it sooner or later anyway. and the artifact exp of those three would've contributed towards it.
that's because drop chance isn't equal, meaning you'll get trash most of the time (good luck if you ever want an EM piece). it's one of the reasons I hardly have bothered with artifact domains, because fuck that rng shit.
it's also easy to do, just have an intern place some chests and other stuff on the map over the weekend. but I don't mind it that much, collecting chest is what people ask for, might as well re-use the areas you already have in game - and it's a nice trip memory lane even if you just go there to grab the ore.
as for the stove god... it's not like people run around with the geo archon who has been around for a few thousand years, but I guess asking him directly is an outlandish idea (I know why they didn't do it, but characters conveniently being dumb or obtuse so PLOT can happen is one of the worst tropes).

I wasnt aiming for hp% itself, i already knew it was the highest chance so i gambled on that because i knew that, in the worst case scenario, i could still get some value out of those noblese hp% pieces. If you want to get pedantic, artifact XP can be obtained for free everyday with artifact routes so sacrificing 3 arts i wont use for 1 i will and didnt need to farm is a net win.
"You'll get it sooner or later" is a lie. I'm using a 4* crit EoSF on xinqiu because fuck me, i'm not gonna waste another week looking for a 5* crit helmet that will probably roll all in flat hp anyway. EM arts are also urban legend, my brotherspent 30 fragiles and never got any EM art for his kazuha.
In genshin, you dont really farm artifacts until you're done, you farm until you're tired. The alchemy reroll is BAD but it's there to save time (and patience) in case you're desperate and too tired to bother.
If nobody ever did the alchemy reroll boxes, the only scenarios where i recommend doing them are:
1-You want a 4pc noblesse for a healer/sup (diona, bennet, mona, etc) and you dont care about getting hp% or bad rolls, just the attack bonus.
2-You only need 1 flower or feather to finish your 4pc set. Since their mainstats are fixed, less chance of being rng fucked.
3-You have so many thrash 5* arts around that you dont give a fuck at all. Even here, dont aim for anything higher than 2pc gladiator/bloodstained feather + flower.
Dont do this expecting a crit dmg hat or anything, the risk is not worth it.

Hearing everything about Artifact Grinding, I feel like I got stupidly lucky that when I went grinding for Kazuha, I managed to get 3 pieces of the Anemo set with EM%. Granted I still don’t know what I really even want as Artifact Sets for half my characters, so I’m stuck in that particular hell for the foreseeable future.
That and grinding Mora. It takes no time, but fuck if you don’t burn through Mora like its nothing, especially if you’re going for High Skill Levels…

i feel like i'm lucky with the artifact exchange system since i got a crit dmg gladiator helm (that subsequently rolled into flat def multiple times despite having other good substats) and multiple nice elemental gobs.
but ehh, quality of life updates could be added to it, for example if you could exchange one set for another of the same domain, eg lavawalker for crimson witch and vice versa, similar to the weekly boss mat exchange. would be neat and it'd actually be a use for the trash results of grinding for months.

I pre-farmed for it and maxed it out as soon as I got it. Right now its R2 level 90 on Eula. Just glad I dont have to keep swapping WGS between her and Diluc
Its really good on basically every claymore user besides Razor, Noelle, and C6/EM build Sayu
In terms of artifacts I've just been farming the Petra domain again. Haven't touched it in a long time and Zhongli and Ning need upgrades. Also it lets me farm for 4 characters at once basically (Albedo, Noelle, Zhongli, and Ning)
I used to have so much trouble with this domain when I first started but now I just steamroll it in like a minute or less

Devs seem to found a way of deleting reviews, the google play score keeps rising back.
I currently have only 1.5 million and aroudn 120 hero wits, it's not much but i havent been playing that long and havent maxed most my weapons (only diluc's and ayaka's are lvl 80).
Tip for those out of money: Remember that doing artifact routes also nets you some free mora on the way, and if you're desperate you can sell those low tier artifacts. Useless fact: It took me +2 months to realize i can sell artifacts.
If you're patient enough with a fast computer, you can also relog in certain spots to farm random events for ~2k mora up to 10 times per day. There is one in liyue that is right in front o a teleport and spawns agents sometimes, useful but boring.
Yeah for a meme weapon that i heard everyone call underwhelming, it surprised me how solid it is on most standard claymorers. Yes guys, it's not going to match your R5 serpent spine but for a f2p thrash proto archaic user like me, this is really good.
The "most optimal" domain IMO is probably the shimenawa/emblem one since it's very safe overall. The 2 pc effects are good hybrid fillers (+18% atk / 20% recharge) and 4pc emblem is best on most burst supports. If you get a good piece here, you can put it on anybody.
Either way, i really should be farming an actual 5* blizzard strayer 2pc for ayaka but that domain is a pain to farm since the lvl 90 samachu has a ton of health and if you do coop, non zonglis will get oneshotted. Easily the worst domain from my experience, the one with 3 lvl 90 abyss mages being the next.
EDIT: IT SEEMS THEY'RE GIVING EVERYONE THE CONCERT BUNDLE FOR FREE, CHINESE PLAYERS ALREADY GOT THE WING LOL
The complete lack of warning + the fact that the bundle was previously mentioned in the patchnotes to be added to the shop (allegedly supposed to cost 30 DOLLARS) makes this sound like a last minute damage control. Can you imagine if they asked 30 dollars for this? The backlash would be glorious!

the sooner or later was regarding the HP artifact, since it has one of the highest dropchance.
as for the 3 artifacts for 1: a gold artifact is 3780 artifact exp while grey/green is 420/840. a single gold artifact is worth 9 grey ones, and since daily interactions are limited to 100 (unless you use area loading to your advantage) those 3 artifacts alone are slightly above 1/4 of what you can get in grey artifacts every 24h.
the other thing is that it's more efficient (but takes longer) to level them higher and re-use them, since you get 80% exp back and you only pay the cost of the that single artifacts in mora instead the 1.3 million to max a gold one from scratch. not to mention that re-use can crit too, you want to dump exp into artifacts as much as possible. and since you never know how they upgrade even a shit one can potentially become acceptable (like a 2 stat one if it upgrades the right stat the remaining 3 times), so you'd want 2-3 artifacts each you can rotate through every new drop and compare how it ends up. but since everything's time gated getting there will take a while, so throwing that exp away for 1 single new artifact is kinda wasted imo. worse I haven't seen anything that the distribution is more even, if it's as lopsided as domains you'll still get trash most of the time.
plus you already get showered with a good coverage of artifacts by leveling chars, 2 gladi + 2 exile/berserker/etc might not be BIS, but a good roll on substats will beat any shit rolled 4pc set (especially when you consider that half the time you don't even need those stats, you can put full exile on bennett since his burst scales off base attack and you still generate energy every burst, other supports work similar).
the other half are utility sets like vv or millelith where it really doesn't matter how optimized the set is since you use them mainly for the effect.
iirc it was 1000 crystals, but that might be based on a leak.
still waiting for that KFC glider tho, july is long gone...
do you level talents higher than 6? because that's when it starts to hurt. I usually stop at 80 and 6/6/6, with 89 and lvl8 depending on char.
also do the reputation stuff even when you're maxed, it's resin free mora. buying the battlepass also gives a shitload of it (plus other stuff you don't have to spend resin on and then can turn into more mora).
