I played the godamn mecharashi scratch card gacha for the skill tree tube and accidentally got the gooner skin early dammit.
I still want to love Mecharashi, but I just got so bored doing the same farms and no story progress since I am gated by the skill tubes and chip RNG over leveling pilots or mechs. Down to just playing Limbus Company at the moment since it is much more F2P friendly

I think mecarashi is f2p friendly but it's simply not casual friendly.

The gameplay is actually hard and skill tree tubes are so sparse that it's hard to justify using them on anyone but the strongest pilots, thus you only want the strong meta pilots.

The main story is very slow, unvoiced and tbh kinda bad. Everyone trying to get a plot device / important scientisting and the villains LOVE war.

A lot of character development, lore and world building is relegated to Armed Conquest endgame which is completely tryhard experience. Every boss has some yugioh card mechanic that either oneshots you or you watch a guide on how to deal with it.

There is nothing to do besides fighting. You don't explore or walk around, all you do is fight and fight the same modes to get stronger and unlock of fights.

Events are balanced around day 1 players and even the "fun ones" are hard or puzzle bullshit, so no player enjoys them.

pvp is whale playgrounds. I farmed bots until i reached gold and isntantly got matched against the strongest player in the entire game lol. Even then, matches are too long (i tried once and it was the most tilting thign i ever played).

It's not really a "fun videogame", it's a game for strategy rpg autists who want to min max everything and see the numbers go up. The kind of player that speedruns fucking fire or keeps restarting a mission until they get that one critical hit.

I'm not that level autistic but i like harder games and it's crazy how mecarashi commits to being "hardcore". It's niche game that doesn't want to stop being niche at all, even if gets seen as pay 2 win thrash.

(this new medal was a soooo hard. I had to improvise cause i didnt have the units to follow guides)

This is probably a pumped up number because of all the bonuses that IT gives, but I never thought I would incidentally do almost a million damage with a character with level 8 talents and a 3 star weapon and 2 constellations :^). I wasn't building for a nuke, that's just what she did to a random ruin guard.

A video of anyone is interested in getting into or starting Reverse.

Also, I saw in a video that Bluepoch, the makers of Reverse, are apparently going to make an open world gacha.

Mongoloid Star Dive has begun official service. Anyone bothered to play it? Has Netmarble scored a W (lmao)?

Also is PGR worth picking up at this time? I literally cant be fucked to play HSR anymore. I logged in for the MoC reset and wanted to close the game by the time I reached the end. Doesn't help that this AA has been complete AIDS,

Punishing Grey Raven? The peak was during last year, when they were doing double pulls, extra exp & daily rewards, & free units for the Devil May Cry collab (the best gacha collab of all time honestly, & that banner is essentially never coming back) & trying to make the Global version match the Chinese version (they have, like a month after the collab). I joined like 3 months before the collab & quit around a month afterwards of the collab (that's when the bukkake of free shit stopped), I think it was 6-7 months from now.

Now it'll be really slow & tedious in comparison to the sheer galore of fun it was for new players.

If you still do it tho, I recommend using the beginner guide by MimicSouls. It's got essentially almost everything you need to know about the game. I'll help if you don't get anything.

Most importantly, Yata is best girl.

Just like Etheria Retard! Wow. What is it with games that have pvp basically catering upgrade mats to whales?

Everyone is just meandering and running around, spouting mysterious bullshit and trying to pull 4D chess moves. What exactly is Blairs motive. War for the sake of progress? Meh Metal Gear 4 did it better.

FUCK. MANN.

Yeah I don't bother with events anymore. The latest one is just convoluted bullshit. It's saying something when I have more fun with the old ass christmas event of Sevens robot traveling places.

Come, my fellow Mongolian Mongoloids! Let's conquer the Great Wall of China.

HERE COMES MONGO

afaik Etheria is a true pvp game, in the sense that the pvp is the real endgame and it's not something you can avoid, while im mecarashi you get like, some tokens and emblems and sometimes a skin for reaching gold but so far they were only a few and for bad mechs.

The superior bionic (skill tube) being so scarce fucks up the balance and whale gap tho. it's not like genshin crown where you it's bragging rights, the bionics are basically the constelations of the game and some units need it to function.

I think at one point blair says something like, unironically mind you, "War is the only way humans can achieve TRUE peace!" and it pushed me through a minor laughing fit lol. I guess the story is best enjoyable if you just take some of this stuff as anime bullshit.

FUCK. MANN.

AC 1 Mann is such a funny boss from a game design standpoint because it sounds like a kusoge / troll boss. You play a fun mecha srpg and suddendly you fight a boss that instant kills everything around it every turn for free.

Nothing in the game prepares you for this, it's one of the harshest "noob filters" i ever seen.

Yeah I don't bother with events anymore. The latest one is just convoluted bullshit. It's saying something when I have more fun with the old ass christmas event of Sevens robot traveling places.

Worst part is that the event rewards in this game are too good. The current patch gave the polearm skin and an upgrade kit, now the current event has the backpack skin, blank sniper ascension item (the third one) AND a bionic skill tube. The next event will be the infinite simulation stages and that gives like +20 rolls.

I did all the puzzle missions following this channel guides, (it's an arab channel??) it wasn't that frustrating but mission 8 has some annoying rng.

Btw i forgot to mention but the cookie run devs had a trailer for a new cookie run game that will be OPEN WORLD

So yeah baby, add it to the openworld gacha pile. Never to everness releases soon (2 weeks?) too.

Unrelated fun fact: Snowbreak is still in maintenance. They did change the login message to "The servers are not open yet", implying it would open soon but that was 5 days ago and none of the social medias posted anything...

when Cass came out were vindicated.
Kinda, the problem is, people have said that the criticize were "overblown" because even if Cass GP can revive, enemies can kill your units if they still have a turn and because it's every anniversary release.

Now people are making a similar argument with Super wolf, because most sustains can cleanse stuns, her GP isn't that busted.

Also casuals don't care about endgame, so GP's don't effect them.

My issue with these arguments are:
1. You still can't turn them off.
2. Some runs (MOC,PF,AS and AA) have it were the run would have failed but GP saves it, to me that shows the either the units are weak or the boss is BS.

If the unit with a GP was a free and, all you have to do is progressing through the story, people would have been ok with it, unfortunately that isn't the case.

Mongolian Autism Dive got into hot water again. Why? 🤏

That's why

I'm not joking

That aside I think there's a bigger issue here though.
