Truly. I really wanna explore becuase autism and Lupa is fun, ass shots not withstanding and there's so much to do and you wanna dig in but the optimization, man....

It was buggy when 2.0 launched, but eventually smoothed itself out (my system still hates Lorelei as much as I do) but still it was playable.

What is actually the deal with 2.4 becuase no update before that has been such an operational nightmare.

It think it has to do with particles and grass. If I don't do the fix I posted, my game lags horribly in areas with a lot of shit. If I go somewhere that is rather clear, it runs smoothly. Now with the fix, everything runs great.

Fuck, I just saw this. Sorry.

Long story short, Brianna made a backhanded comment about Kinich's new VA. She didn't directly mention him, but she made a Xitter post pretty much saying, "To all of the actors who are holding the line, thank you. Unlike some people. >_>."
Granted, that was by far the most tame out of all the backlash, but like, c'mon. There was no need to make that post.
It doesn't even matter now because she's back as Hu Tao. If Brianna's original comment is really a one time thing, then it's whatever. At least she actually loves playing Director Hu.
 
WuWa is terribly optimized to me, if anyone knows a secret to make it playable i'll take it.

Btw day 26 we get Persona5 X and Uma musume releasing the same day, i don't actually have space to download persona 5 but i'll check it every now and then. No idea if the global version will be different from china version but it probably will. If it's greedier people will be mad.

Anyways, i went to replant my stuff and say my birdie enjoying the mc donalds autism charm, have it.

Are you on SSD? Because it's not optional, at least not on wuwa. Hoyo stuff will run "fine" on regular storage but for some reason not only I got stutter lag like shit but also 999 ping when I tried wuwa on HDD, but as soon as I swapped to a SSD it works just fine
 
For wuwa, I had to launch the game via "Client-Win64-Shipping" which is buried deep within the game folder. It bypasses the launcher completely, and it occasionally crashes, but Not-Greece isn't tanking entirely.

Also in Black Bacon News, I got Yuli at 2 pity. She's 100% completely mute in JP, which is the weirdest. But she's fun to use.

Anyway will try for her weapon next.

The Steam version of WuWa doesn't open with the launcher either. Maybe try that and see if it makes a difference.
 
P5X is predownloading as I type. Probably going to drop Black Beacon and Etheria Restart for the time being. ZZZ is still a question mark and I don't trust WuWa to not kill itself doing my dailies
 
I have like RTX 4060 laptop and 16GB memory. On Steam, even minimum requirement is to have 16GB memory , so having lower than that can bottleneck your spec, lag and stuff even if your CPU and GPU aren't that bad of a toaster.
Trust me, most of video games these days beside ridiculous amount of file size. Having a 16GB RAM is a must now.

For WuWa, I mean there is the launch Directx 11 version in launcher. Test between the two directx, it may runs better in one. New graphic driver versions aren't that great, some people just use old version.

There is new graphic option, Interactive Environment, I recommend to turn it off. Just more immersive special effects, water and leaves reacting to movement or skills.
In advanced, I turn on Nvdia DLSS to use frame gen, so I can get more 60fps limit cap because whatever reason game do not support my laptop graphic card. Yes, it utilizes frame gen but after MHWilds, I appreciate them for game performance.

Super resolution and sharpening, willingness to make game looks blurry for more performance. But imo, keep them at Performance for super resolution and sharpening at 1. Super resolution just to see better lightning and grass movement along the wind.
Other than that, try the deleting shader cache from Daddy Little Kitten video.

She mostly shares her screen time with Yun Jin, which I find very Charismatic Voice-like cute on many levels. (Charismatic Voice is an opera singer who started doing music react/analysis videos and fell in love with rock and especially metal music. She has even started working with the University of Utah to research sound creation in the upper laryngeal structure.)

She really needs to be looked at and retuned since her kit is so wonky.

Outside of a brief cameo for Lantern Rite I think, last I remember from her was in the revisit Golden Apple Archipelago. Man, that was forever ago. Shame that she was bogged down by a janky-ass kit.

The new endgame mode, Stygian Onslaught is pretty cool. Difficulty 5 is a bit of a struggle even for low dolphins with a few low cons on 5*s. And difficulty 6 is clearly a for gigawhales only content.

Clearing difficulty 6 gives 4* weapon skins and clearing difficulty 6 under 60s for all 3 bosses gives 5* weapon skins (the same thing but it glows) but it expires once the patch ends so you have to reobtain it by clearing the next patch's difficulty 6 Stygian Onslaught except now it has different bosses that shill different units.

Right now the bosses are
  • Tulpa but he spawns mini Tulpas that are nigh unkillable but insta die to any Cryo so this shills Pyro dps with a Cryo support
  • Lava Dragon so this shills a Fischl Xiangling c6 Chevreuse team or a Burning team
  • Natlan Source Robot which basically just shills Skirk Escoffier
Next patch the shills will be
  • Abyss Papillia so it shills nightsoul dps or anyone with lots of hitcount
  • Electro Turtle which shills low hitcount but big damage (Mualani)
  • The new cactus boss which shills Hydro+Electro teams or Ineffa

This is the fucking lamest way to do weapon skins. If there weren't any primogems involved, only whales trying to prove their spending was worth it would bother getting these skins every version.

The primos are only in the 1st 3 difficulties which are free. There is no reason to try the last difficulty besides flexing your weapon skin.
