If you told me years ago that AJ Styles would not only get a better sendoff from the WWE than John Cena, but would also get inducted into their Hall of Fame BEFORE Cena, I'd call you a fucking moron. I can't express enough how strange this feels to see, but it makes me happy all the same.

Don't forget about Batista. Remember he was going to be into the Hall of Fame years ago but withdraw before it could happen.

I love AJ but Cena retiring was a way bigger deal. There should be some cool off time before he gets added to the HoF. Absence makes the heart grow fonder etc etc. Plus in a year or two they'll fumble Gunther and release him then they won't have the awkward moment of them both being on the same show.
 
The AJ Styles retirement was nice, he gave a good speech. Styles putting the gloves down in front of a Georgia crowd was much better than if he did it in Saudi Arabia where it wouldn't have had the emotional weight. Styles being put in the Hall of Fame is cool, but come on did it really have to be Biker Taker coming out instead of Mark Calaway so it could have a little more seriousness? I know that's a nitpick. Anyway, I get the impression that Styles is really done and the guy just wants to be a full time dad.
 
Could Cena have denied getting inducted to the Hall of Fame? I imagine that they talked to him about it, no way they asked AJ but not him.

I recall that was an issue with a lot of promotions when the first Trump administration was like "okay tv show that broadcasts what you do, we're going to notice if your guys don't have green cards because they're on tv" so Lucha Underground quickly became American Indies Underground (guest starring some lucha guys) and Impact just taped down in Mexico

They're there because of the concert that's happening before or after the show, That's how Violent J has been getting people to attend these events.

the JCW Legends And Icons show was pretty good but yeah the 2am Old Man Wrasslefest is going to seperate the hardcores from the casuals

The dungeon in the last year's Stu was alive was just him lying on top of the local high school wrestling team threatening to rip their throats out if they didnt take his whole hand up their holes.

Wait a minute I went there the last year it was open. I was on the wrestling team too.
It kind of makes more sense now why he was constantly referring to us as his hand puppets, in hindsight.

the indian fanbase can be retarded (like most other Indians) but there’s something I admire about them that i cannot nessecarily put my hands on them, perhaps despite now being as terminally online as anyone else in the IWC they don’t often get heated over not liking something about the general product (the stans of specific wrestlers can be an exception) but maybe they are going through what American audiences were going through in the 80s and 90s

The most devastating part is that YTBrah also shits all over Theory in having a character, getting the audience to give a shit about him and he does wrestling as a side-gig. That's gotta be brutal.
