and it's worth pointing out the N bomb came out as Hogan was discussing the idea that he'd be okay with SOME black guys banging his daughter, just not specifically the ghetto thugs
which is downright woke for an old southern wrassler
 
Hogan was the greatest of all time and it's not even close.

He was one of the innovators of pro wrestling who realised that the least important part of pro wrestling is the wrestling itself. It doesn't matter if you're not giving 100% every night and killing yourself as long as the crowd wants you to kill the nigger you're fighting.

He recognised as the headliner he needs to be headlining every night in every town in order to make the most money, and that can't happen if you do something stupidly risky and are out for months.

The funny thing is that when he knew the crowd wanted more he gave them more, he was a solid as hell wrestler who despite the title of LOLHOGANWINS was probably one of the best at superhero selling I've ever witnessed. When Hogan was getting beaten down you felt like he was dying, and when he was Hulking up it felt like he was invincible. He knew that the house show circuit was easy as hell because he just had to get beaten down for 5 minutes and then do his sequence and the crowd go home happy.

When I was an insufferable smark I fucking hated Hulk Hogan, as I aged I realised just how important he is and how I was a dumb fuck for not recognising that a true A+++ wrestler needs to be treated like an A+++ wrestler. Could Hogan have lost a few more times without hurting him? Sure I guess, but Hogan knowing his worth was a key reason why he had two major peaks, and without them wrestling may well be as dead as Monster Truck shows in 2025.
 
I’ve never seen this in my life for another wrestler and these might have been posted in here earlier. I don’t know. I’ve never seen people care so much that they were giving live updates.

There will never be another single person as important in pro-wrestling as Hogan was.

Sure Austin, Cena and Dwayne are/were big deals but the place that they became big deals in was built by Hogan. Vince had a hand in it but Hogan was also huge outside of WWF/WWE and completely reinvented himself to the point were WCW was pushing WWEs shit in at one stage when he jumped ship.

The purest Florida Man to ever exist but a once-in-an-industry talent behind all of that. He once referred to himself as the Babe Ruth of pro-wrestling and that about fucking covers it.

The giga-carny, the ultimate grifter, the hardest working worker.
 
It's upsetting to see the "IWC" come out against Hulk and make him a pariah simply because of a phone call he had in private almost 15 years ago. They'll jump through hoops to defend Chris Benoit because "muh workrate" but shun the guy who essentially built the house they live in.

Modern wrestling fans are the worst of the worst. They're Funko pop-collecting, graphic tees in sit-down restaurants, beard and glasses, overweight, homosexual midwits that think if they throw enough stones, no one will come after the glass cucksheds they live in.

Hulk is a legend and I don't care about who he screwed, the "union" he busted up, all the backstage politicking he did. When the lights came on, and that music hit, Hulk was untouchable and no matter how much faggots like Nick Gage and Joey Janella cry, they'll never take that away from him. They'll never have the worldwide admiration that Hulk had, and they'll only ever make the money he did simply because of inflation and they'll work until they overdose in their 50s to come close.

Rest in peace, Hulk. You were the greatest to ever do it, you were an American icon and a real-life Superman. I hope you made peace with the Lord on your way out. Thanks for the memories.

By rights Ric Flair should have fucking died in the plane crash that happened before his career even got started. His life has been insane because there's multiple times he could have fucking died just like that and yet from the sounds of things is STILL heavily drinking, doing shots and slapping people in the chest.
