Oh look at this flip flop bitch.

I think Hulkster is probably the definition of having a complicated legacy. On one hand you have him being a complete snake to anyone he ever worked with going out of his way to fuck people over, but on the other he was always incredibly kind and gracious to fans. On one hand his matches stunk up the place, on the other his twitter feed, tall tales, rock album, and promos were absolute comedy kino. Either way you can't deny that he was a cultural icon.

RIP, Brother.

I still remember this banger, came out on SA right after 9/11, back when SA was actually good.

Dave says in the last week he’s been worried. Dave says what Alvarez said that they were told it’s not bad. Dave said he knew it was bad and thought people were downplaying it and the recent social media posts were all old and it was weird he wasn’t out and about as he had beer and RAF to do press tours for.

“He changed our lives” - Dave.
“he drew more people to wrestling then anyone. More then santo more then rikidozan” - Dave

Though he could be a primadonna who wouldn't work over guys, damn the loss of the Hulkster is real. My original take in was Hollywood Hulk, one of the best heel turns in my opinion and cemented wrestling as cool for me.

the wife agrees that she doesn't recall "I Crashed Street Racing Hulk Hogan And Now I'm Re-incarnated As A Black Guy" and that it's hilariously racist enough she thinks it would stand out as a Hogan thing

Well, the worst day imaginable to be a wrassles fan has finally come to pass bros. The head booker threw us into the worst angle he could throw us into with no chance for preparation.

RIP Hulkster, wrestling wouldn't be the phenomenon it is today without you, Vince, and Andre. This thread would be one poster ranting and raving about the local Southeastern Wrestling Emporium main event seen by a massive crowd (700 people) and another poster giving dumb ratings because the Northern American Superstars Alliance Federation main event was the best show in town, not any of the other 173 regional feds.

This week sucks but especially today.

I grew up on the Hollywood version too. Wrestling had never been cooler than in the mid to late 90's and once again who was at the forefront? None other. I don't think at any other point in wrestling history had it been the "in-thing" where even the "cool kids" were all wearing the t-shirts and talking about it every Monday and Tuesday. Wrestling was kinda goofy before, kinda gay after, but in that moment it was cool.

Went back 10 pages and didn't see this posted yet. Ric Flair cryin when talking to TMZ about Hogan

I just listened to o&a talking about that video of hogan talking to nick and I never heard of such a thing. It was more nicks friend deserved to be injured but that’s parental instincts overriding compassion to another.

Hulk was the best in the business. The best.

He politicked? He held people down? He said some naughty words? He told tall tales?

Boo fucking hoo, that was (is) the fucking business.

RIP to my first hero. The best to ever do it.

How is Benoit still liked when he killed his own family while hogan said no no words that makes people fly into a rage. Shouldn’t spousal and child murder rank higher than saying nigger?

We are so fucked up as a society that racism is the biggest sin one can commit rather than murder, sexual assault, robbery or anything else you can rob someone. I know racism can make it easier for someone to do something to others but most don't act on their thoughts.
