Oh oh I got it: TNA got its start when a guy who's family ran a small sandwich shop got fired from his sweet gig at a national chain that went under when it was bought buy a bigger national chain that he formerly worked at but blackmailed them into giving him a payday. He uses that money to start a company hiring a bunch of the former sandwich artists of the bought out company starting small and being open once a week. Eventually he talked started to bring in chefs from taco trucks and other small joints to show off their sandwich making skills to a bigger clientele and word started getting around about these great tacos and italian beefs but at the end of the day the owner made sure his subpar sandwiches were always on top. Eventually the shop started to draw the attention of some of the sandwich artistes from the big national chain who felt like they weren't getting the opportunities they deserved so they jumped ship and on top of that a lot of the talent that came from the taco trucks was forced to work full time for the sandwich shop cause their boss got caught soliciting a minor online and was featured on TV. Things were going fairly well for the sandwich shop until the daughter of the property owner who knew jack shit about restaurants and dealing with egotistical chefs wanted to get involved and decided to bring in a big name celebrity chef who was 10 years past his prime to "shake things up" and shake up he did by bringing in all his buddies that helped tank the company they worked for by ensuring they got paid guaranteed money and featuring their sandwiches as the main thing on the menu. Fast forward a few years and they the sandwich shop thought it was big enough to go head to head with the national chain and in less than three months ruined any good publicity they had and one by one those former taco truck and italian beef chefs they hired in their formative years left and jump ship to the big national chain and here we are now.
