That's because it was a shock that the streak ended. I never liked Lesnar, but his current cardio or something is jacked. He can barely move around without getting beetfaced and sweaty in minutes.

I was wondering if it had to do with his illnesses during his time in the UFC, but... Meh.

I was personally shocked that Lesnar vs. Goldberg part 2 ended in Lesnar basically getting jobbed. So much for being the indestructable "Suplex City" monster.

The camera angle is what really makes it work. I'm honestly a little surprised WWE pulled that off if it was intended.

Goldberg and Lesnar will be horrible, And Taker and Reigns will be bad because Taker can't go anymore. UNLESS they have Roman cheat to win and turn heel on Taker, standing over his body and delivering a promo trashing the audience. Then I can accept it. But if they try to keep Reigns heel after fighting THE UNDERTAKER, then they deserve to lose all of their money.
 
Taker should've retired years ago. It's depressing seeing him out there and all of the marks chanting for him like he's still able to go... It's like there isn't any dignity left. They could've easily left it and retired him after Bray stole his soul or whatever, but no. I thought he was retiring 1-2 years ago as they had a bunch of specials throughout one of the months chronicling his career.

As an aside, I feel like they're only pushing Corbin because he looks like a younger Taker. He may have golden gloves 'n all, but he's not a wrestler.

I have nothing against Corbin, I think he has some potential. He's a bully and a scumbag individual, and one of the few heels who actually does their job in WWE (Since when did the heels have all the cool catchphrases?) so he's someone I'm interested in. Yeah, his wrestling sucks, but he's got time to improve. Hopefully.

he's definitely improved lots since he started in nxt

Weird, he's a big man with wet black hair who doesn't speak much and generally beats the shit out of his opponents and he works great as a heel.

I wonder who else this could apply to on the WWE Roster who desperately needs to turn heel?

Well, at least we dont have to sit through another Cena vs. Orton main event. I would've had to make my own "NOT MY WRESTLEMANIA!!!!!" sign if that would've happened.
 
I'm optimistic that since Samoa Joe hasn't been given a 'savage headhunter' gimmick that maybe, just maybe, Asuka and Nakamura will be safe from stereotypical Japanese gimmicks when they get called up.

I think that will be the case when they come up. The only Japanese wrestler currently featured on RAW (as part of the cruiserweight division) is Akira Tozawa who doesn't have a stereotypical gimmick. His character is kind of like the fighting spirit character you see in New Japan stars.
