Bruh why did The Dwayne start feelin’ on Codester like that…Zesty ass Rock.
it was for sure an awkward segment, I think it either leads to Cody turning heel at Mania or Rock trying to court favor with whoever wins the elimination chamber if Cody tells him to fuck off. regardless I believe the unhealthy amount of seethe some of these smarks have for Rock is honestly amazing, and thats coming from someone who disapproved of them trying to go with Roman/Rock last year, at least they are doing in a way this year where they wont have to pivot close to mania (as good as it ended up working out in the end last year)

Apparently it finally happened last night on Smackdown, Tiffy Time turned into Tiddy Time.
Cannot find it uncensored.View attachment 7012308

I really struggle to tell the WWE women apart now. There's like 15 generic blondes with fake tits between the main card and NXT and another 15 tiny Mexican girls right behind them. It's like the porn industry.

HHH gave up on his tatted up goth girls and mystery meat work-rate women and now he has a legion of clones. The only recognizable ones are the ones who have been around for 5+ years or ones that came from other companies.

In a hotel for work. Watching this Collision show. I was actually shocked to see this but they showed a highly edited, short clip from the Thunder Rosa/Megan Bayne/Ford mess.

I don't get why they would ever mention anything about that match, especially the ending.

This company does so many screwy things I still can't tell if this was an intentional burial of Rosa for her podcast comments or not.

Like I can see Tony Khan being so petty and easily offended to do this, but at the same time, I also could see AEW just so disorganized that it's not intentional.

Then the Death Riders appeared and I couldn't watch any longer.

I agree that it was awkward but it was supposed to be.
After watching the entire thing, it’s actually genius. Cena is going to win the chamber and it’s going to be an Angel/Devil on Cody’s shoulder situation.
Cena vs Cody without this dynamic would’ve been alright but this adds such another level to it. The idea of Cody becoming Rock’s champion and literally signing away his soul for glory is so interesting.
Could do the same with CM Punk as well.
Have it be where Cena has no path to Mania and maybe faces Logan Paul or something akin to that. I know people don’t like Logan but Cena bringing him down a few notches on the mic would be good to see.
But the promo battles between Cody and Punk would be awesome. Like “what the hell are you doing man? He tried to take EVERYTHING from you!” and shit like that.

Have The Dwayne show up a couple times on the road to Wrestlemania.

Or they swerve completely with the Cena thing by having him win and everyone thinks Cody’s gonna turn heel and Cena does instead. Cena re-establishing the NWO as Hollywood Cena would be quite the sight.

Cool match to see on my YouTube recs - ending sucks though being a draw but I guess that’s how the real old school wrestling was, Harley Race vs Andre The Giant.
Andre in his prime was one hell of an attraction to see. He makes Harley look tiny.

Harley Race was one of those cats that looked like a grizzled vet as a teenager.

He is like 35 in that video. Race was a great champion for the NWA because he kept an insane schedule and when visiting the territories and he could wrestle to anyone's strengths. Like the knock you can always give to Flair as a wrestler is he always wrestled the "Flair match". Race could make any local face look really good and still lose to him. And Flair would really only work Jim Crocket Territories. Race did everywhere.

And a lot of the stories of the territorial days of guys being tough I think are overblown but when Race was traveling, he legit kept a gun in his bag and had enough of a reputation that anyone trying to screw him and the NWA over in the ring would find themselves in a world of pain.

There was even a situation where he knocked a guy out for harassing a woman in a bar or something and the dude's friend stabbed him in the back.

I'm pretty sure he was doing dates well before that idiot got out of the jail and before he was fully healed up.

For most wrestling fans though, by the time he made it to WWF, he had already passed the torch to Flair. He was a shell of his former self, having to do the rock and wrestling style of the WWF.

Speaking of which, there is the infamous story of Vince attempting to convince Race to screw over Flair and the NWA to not show Starcade 83 in Charlotte to drop belt to Flair.

It goes that Harley, his wife, Vince and Linda went to diner at a restaurant. After the meal, Vince made the offer. Harley excused himself and went to restroom. Vince followed him. Harley looked in the mirror and asked, “What do you see, Vince?” Vince replied, “I see you and me in that stupid mirror.” Harley told Vince that he had to look at himself in the mirror every morning, and the answer was no.

The physical altercation apparently happened afterward.

Per Harley in his autobiography:

“Vince never raised his voice, but I could tell he wasn’t happy with my answer. He wasn’t accustomed to being turned down. As we walked out of the restaurant, the cordial nature of our meeting took a turn for the worse. It’s hard to imagine a dinner meeting turning violent. But this is, after all, the wrestling business.

Vince and his wife were walking ahead of the rest of us, when I saw Vince start to walk with more of a swagger. Without saying a word, he pivoted on his foot and swung around to face me, then dove at my legs in an attempt to take me down. Barnett acted instinctively by shrieking and jumping out of the way. I acted instinctively by cross-facing Vince with my left arm, getting his head in a position where breaking his neck would be easy. I was angry enough to do it. In the split second I had to decide what to do next, my wife grabbed my head and said, “No, don’t do this.” I released my grip and let him go.”

The fact that Vince's legal department never so much made a peep about this book, along with other stories of Vince attempting to get physical with talent with equally poor results leads me to believe that Race isn't embellishing this story much at all.

His autobiography is a good read.

Race is one of those legends I wish I could have watched during his prime. The man just had this aura of being a legit bad ass motherfucker that you just can't fake.
I also sometimes look at past matches and wish I was born earlier, I remember going to my cousins house to watch WM39 and we randomly decide put on WM10 to pass the time, goddamn that would have been amazing to see live. my Cousin would have been like 10 or 11 at the time but I wasnt even born for another 4 years.
I decided to make a thread on Effy, I think there's enough info out there that he can be considered a cow. I dug up as much info as I could on him.
dude looks like a Joey Janela ripoff lol

Agreed. Honestly, this was where Andre's size really came at an advantage. Sadly, gigantism is like a double-edged sword. Took him way too early.
