Jim Cornette on The Undertaker & Donald Trump [K9u95hjwpV0].webm
The Undertaker would still be known as the greatest wrestler of all time that's comparable to Hogan, Jim would be known for hating Vince Russo, AEW, and for Trump. Jim Cornette would still be considered a cuck who said that Becky Lynch should abort her baby. Honestly he should be like Bret Hart, just keeps his grievances and praises wrestling related to begin with. Undertaker is probably the same person he had been in the 80s or 90s just has a lot of freedom to be himself now.

Jim Cornette couldn't even fathom why anyone wouldn't prefer a person chosen by a shadowy cabal over someone like Trump, if he did he'd understand.

It would be interesting to have someone sit down with Cornette and probe his brain on where he stands on the topics of politics. I'm not talking about the "Trump bad" shit, I'm talking about actual proposed policies that he supports and what forms his political philosophy. I doubt he puts that much thought into his hatred of the ring wing outside of just looking down on rednecks. It's funny to hear him sperg out about Jacobs and Calaway when the former has more of a well formed worldview and nuanced grasp on political matters.

it honestly amazes me how hes willing to flip his shit and burn bridges with someone hes known for like 30 years, even a vast majority of Liberals would just sigh and agree to disagree if they had a professional relationship for that long, and he can't even really articulate why he hates Trump so much, he just gives into the Orange Man Bad narrative

Esteemed n-word sayer and burger enthusiast Jim Cornette decided to weigh in on Undertaker's recent political endorsement, ensuring we never escape this shit.

I lol'd at "weigh in".
Going about as well as you'd expect. Undertaker is actually just an evil super WW2 Neo-Nazi and Hitler all along as well as a bad person. It's not politics it's right and wrong! Gotta love it. Lost it at 9:21. Why is Jim like this?

I don't believe there would be much to uncover. Cornette seems like your typical baby boomer who believes "researching issues" means increasing amounts of television exposure. The rare times his cohost challenges him on anything (and it's rare because Jim isn't usually this bananas with his opinions) Cornette tends to concede defeat pretty quickly and admit he doesn't know everything in the world. Kane could realistically school Cornette into a temporary concession.

WBD has cancelled Rampage and Battle of the Belts as of 2025 so AEW are in the odd position of being paid more money for less wrestling.

They are still shopping Shockwave around to other networks

Oh no the ripoff of Snackdown show that they tried to do and the Event that is just a filler show are gone.

The assumption is WBD in its current configuration is going to stick around long enough to see AEW through their contract renewal. I’m not so sure.

This is starting to sound like a familiar situation for wrestlers employed to AEW.

Julia Hart has been off AEW television since losing the AEW TBS Championship to Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynasty in April.

She was reportedly sidelined with an injury.

Appearing on Highspots Sign It Live, Julia confirmed that she is ready to return.

"I am (ready). I'm just waiting for the call. Who knows when I'll pop up," she said.

Hart has been relatively active on social media while sidelined.

To add onto my thoughts on Cornette, I always held the belief that his takes on morality or politics can be discarded because he's very selective in how he applies his principles. For the most part, he will downplay and brush off the wrongdoings of people he respects or has had a friendship with. He has respect for McMahon and Patterson, so his takes regarding the accusations against them are done with the most charitable lens possible, to the points where he's even pulled the old, "he's innocent, but so what even if he did" shit with Patterson. He did the same thing with his coverage of the DSoTR episode on the Abdullah Hep C debacle. Hannibal is a piece of shit to be sure, but his recent actions don't retroactively obsolve Abby from slicing his forehead with used razors when he knew that he had Hep C, but Corny hates him so Abby is an innocent soul who dindu nothin. I honestly think that if there where a hundred testimonies of Bobby Eaton sodomizing newborn kittens, he'd still find a way to brush it off even if he was shown pictures, because Bobby was his boy.

Cornette also watches out for Ric Flair as well.
