Riho finally got her visa sorted out to be able to work in AEW full time and then got injured on last nights Collision with no return date.

Amazing Red is training both Bayley and Mercedes at the moment.

Stephanie Vaquer has offers on the table from both AEW and WWE but it's presumed she has already signed with AEW because the WWE offer was just a token gesture because they already passed on her after a try-out a few years ago.

I used to think height didn't really matter in wrestling for non-wrestler roles until I saw Rock's daughter as the NXT general manager. She's so short and lacking in charisma; her hiring is clearly an act of nepotism.

She could at least dress professionally, but she struts out looking like a ratchet hoe. Embarrassing.

Could’ve continued the Punk/Drew feud by having Punk cost Drew the briefcase.

Drew’s about to grab it when Punk slides in the ring and tips his ladder over before he lays into Drew with the chair and all that. Thus allowing for LA Knight to grab the case.

you want your non-wrestlers to run short so they make your wrestlers look taller

With referees, ring announcers, and those types then I absolutely get that. Authority figures though? It makes me think "stop listening to her and go whoop her ass, she's literally some hobbling twat." Ex-wrestlers as authority figures a la William Regal makes sense. He's wrestler short, but not "even the people in the audience can knock them out" short.

Dario Cueto didn't look like he could beat up most wrestlers but he was the best on-screen authority figure in a decade or more

What a lame way to destroy the value of the MITB briefcase.

What the hell happened here?
They fucked up having Priest hold it unused until the very last minute so this year they decided to have the cash in happen immediately so they don't have people complain about yet another year long dick tease.

Letting Drew get the briefcase and then fucking his cash in is much more impactful and amps that feud up even more. This is the best use of the MITB in a very long time but I think the briefcase gimmick is fucking trash and should be done away with in general.

I’ve softened a bit on Corny since the last time I mentioned him ITT - as long as you keep him talking about Wrestling he’s great, just for the love of God don’t let him talk about anything not-wrestling.

There’s still a cutoff year for when you stop listening to some of his stuff, but I don’t know if he’s mellowed out or gotten a tard wrangler behind the scenes, but he’s been better so I’m bot complaining.
This is an election year, so I got this bad feeling that the closer we get to November, the more you are gonna see Cornette grace us with his retarded political takes/rants.

Is Hulkster, dare I say it, based and TNDpilled?

I’m so happy for Ethan. They did this as a massive middle finger to AEW. I’ve noticed that none of the guys who went from AEW to WWE except Andrade have been booked badly. Even Shawn Spears has had decent booking.
This is to entice wrestlers to leave the dub behind. It ain’t 2019 anymore.
Okada is basically booked that people mocked how vince would book him. Honestly shinsuke had a better American career than Okada.
Dudes who can’t speak English need a good promo manager, nuff said.
Penta can pull it off cuz he’s cool AF and has that Abrehantes guy speaking for him.
Plus that “Penta says…” thing is catchy and cool.

Cornette has been near 100% on his prediction of what would happen with AEW. His podcast is great to listen to.

Cornette in a shoot interview years ago said something like "The people that can book wrestling usually ain't got the money and those with money can't book" it's proven quite poignant with AEW and Dixie's tenure at TNA

Worst HHH PPV by far.

LA Knight should’ve won.
Breakker should’ve won.
Rollins should’ve won.

Turning this shit off. Watch the rest tomorrow maybe.

I agree Bron should've won but I admittedly really dislike Sami and have never seen him as any sort of serious wrestler.

The bizarre thing is that a few of them also show up ringside for AEW and NJPW shows regularly.

It's a full time job and they must travel more for wrestling than the actual wrestlers. You have to wonder where they get the money for it.

I have to assume some maybe are from wealthy families, maybe like Tony Khan they have wrestling autism but not severe enough to think they can actually book a promotion.

Wow, talk about calling it.

Nostradamus Jones over here!

It's true. Though I think that has more to do with Trips being a fan of Japanese wrestling without being an autistic retard with no industry experience.
Even under vince he held a title every single year since being called up outside the main title. Although it's unfortunate he wasn't a world title holder he even said he didn't join wwe to grind like he did in njpw, he wants to secure his family and surf. Besides long careers in njpw broke Tanahashi, ibushi & Omega.
