Even setting aside how bad the television product was under the last couple Vince years, Vince still at the helm to this day would likely have resulted in:
-Cody not jumping due to having another run as Stardust waiting for him if he does and absolutely no "Finish the Story" angle, even if he did. At best, he's renamed "Rhodes", fed to Reigns and then bumped to the upper midcard.
-No way in hell Punk re-signs. He likely still leaves AEW, of course, but he just retires again.
-Probably a lot more Future Endeavors/people opting not to re-sign, and jumping to AEW instead. At a minimum, we'd see the eventual AEW runs of Steen, Generico, Gargano, Kross, Chiampa and Styles, as well at some point; I wouldn't even be shocked at all to see AEW runs for Prince Devitt, Tyler Black and Charlotte, either. The entire Undisputed Era would probably find themselves free at approximately the same time and being able to debut in AEW as a group (rather than Roddy being held onto to prevent this exact scenario). Probably WALTER at some point, too, since he'd likely be Samoan food upon making it to the main roster (if he even was called up) under Vince. (This may sound like a LOT, but remember; Vince was in full "fuck you, Haitch"- internal-power-struggle-TOTAL-INDIETARD-DEATH mode when he unceremoniously left, and even some of the main roster ex-indietards would've likely gotten sick of being Samoan food at some point and want to go have m'bangers with their ROH/PWG/etc. buddies instead).
-No way there's the sort of cooperation with TNA that we're seeing now. Like, maybe Rhyno (or a couple others with Fed history) gets signed for one last midcard run at some point, or a very select few "incidentally worked a few dates for TNA" types like Hammerstone get signed and perma-NXT'd, but we wouldn't see 99% of the TNA-WWE cross-fraternization we see now. As mentioned above, Vince was in full 'de-indietard the Fed' mode at the time he left. He wouldn't be hiring more <5'10" flippy "muh workrate" types.
-Most people leaving AEW would go to the indies (TNA, MLW, etc.) or Japan. I don't see Vince having any interest in Pillman, the Lucha Bros, Ethan Page, etc. He'd likely be into Cargill, but she'd have to spend quite a while at the Performance Center learning to actually work at a level that's presentable on TV to WWE's standards and then a couple years on NXT before she is allowed to job to Jax.
