Just to be clear, Dave has given the same number of 5+ star matches to AEW in the 5 years it has existed as he has given ECW, WCW, ROH, TNA, and WWE combined throughout their entire histories. Does that sound right to you?Dave at least knows what a decent match looks like.
Jesus that's terrifying.in an alternate timeline, joe hendry was shawn michaels (ai goyslop but funi)

Luchador in Mexico had a lighttube completely impale and get stuck in his tricep mid-match:
And was it was so fucking awesome and worth itAll for a cold hot dog and a handshake
is funny when the feds retards talk about how much better new york is doing when
a. the company doesnt exist anymore, they got folded into tko
b. they lost tv deals for fucking raw
Yeah but he will get 5 stars from Meltzer so there's thatAll for a cold hot dog and a handshake
iirc Meltzer is amazingly fucking clueless about luchaYeah but he will get 5 stars from Meltzer so there's that
Then maybe his non-union Mexican equivalentiirc Meltzer is amazingly fucking clueless about lucha
all that really stands out off the top of my head was this one time when Sexy Star left AAA while she was the intergender tag champ w/ Penta, and Meltzer for some reason thought this was some big fucking deal somebody might mail a belt back to AAA, which happens only slightly less than titles being defended, and for that matter lucha belts are mostly a non-issueThen maybe his non-union Mexican equivalent
Jack Perry is that you!?is funny when the feds retards talk about how much better new york is doing when

It's honestly fucking horrible how bad Smarks in general have become even with their own containment fed, they have felt far too emboldened to make demands ever since Vince caved in 2014 with the whole Daniel Bryan temper tantrum (and fucked the company up for the rest of the decade honestly), even with AEW existing they still watch WWE and bitch about every little thing they don't like, they have no understanding of what makes Wrestling entertaining in the first place, I browse normie sites sometimes and they seethe about how much popular WWE is now in comparison and they don't understand why people aren't watching AEW, I even saw one seething about how WWE was up in Black Viewership despite Swerve being AEW Champion at the time lmfao.AEW defenders are the most pathetic example of marks in forums.
I can't really escape from them, not even here.
The thing is that. AEW since the very beginning was presented as the cool and awesome alternative, following something on the mantra of "for fans, by fans" so many marks can feel identified and feel like home in AEW and selling them the illusion that they could make the decisions about what can happen in Dynamite in the PPVs.It's honestly fucking horrible how bad Smarks in general have become even with their own containment fed, they have felt far too emboldened to make demands ever since Vince caved in 2014 with the whole Daniel Bryan temper tantrum (and fucked the company up for the rest of the decade honestly), even with AEW existing they still watch WWE and bitch about every little thing they don't like, they have no understanding of what makes Wrestling entertaining in the first place, I browse normie sites sometimes and they seethe about how much popular WWE is now in comparison and they don't understand why people aren't watching AEW, I even saw one seething about how WWE was up in Black Viewership despite Swerve being AEW Champion at the time lmfao.
Agreed. To be honest here, AEW had its positives but unfortunately they've gone downhill in recent years due to several controversies involving many big wrestlers. For example when they fired CM Punk not once but twice (first time during All Out 2022 and again at All In 2023). Attendance pretty much went down big time after that.AEW defenders are the most pathetic example of marks in forums.

Damn this has got to hurt. Straight up ECW levels of brutality dialed up to 11 LOL. Then again, that's deathmatch wrestling for you.Luchador in Mexico had a lighttube completely impale and get stuck in his tricep mid-match:
