I think that when the pendulum swings and the backlash comes, the best thing that the LGB community can do is to join in the fight against the troons. There is still enough good will towards the LGB's in society that as long as they vocally and visibly separate themselves from the troons and condemn the troons, they will likely be okay. I believe that the only way that the LGB will be under a real threat is if they allow themselves to be lumped in with the troons.

Honestly all this bitching about "muh dysphoriaaa" by trans people is pretty retarded considering how much men and women can differ in their looks. You can have an apple shaped cis lady with no tits and big shoulders and she's still a woman. Trannies always have a template to follow for some reason with their excessive surgeries and hormones. As if all women are hourglass d-cups and all men are The Rock or sissie softboy. So many come off as body mod addicts.

I don`t think it is a coincidence that they tend to come from the south and midwest. Troons are using the practices of the evangelicals to effectively create some bizarre new religion.
Being trans to them is more than gender identity - it is an all encompassing identity. Right wing transpeople are condemned as worse than cis-people because they`re effectively heretics.

Every intellectually lazy loudmouth loves a good appeal to authority. And in the case of troons, the only "authorities" they can find for support are in the obscurantist fringes of postmodern academia, which very much runs on an "Emperor's New Clothes" basis.
By the time it filters down to the real idiots, this academic slurry has been distilled down to a set of magic words and thought-terminating cliches.

Me too, but only because he's the one to admit it. I maintain that most trannies are aware of how grotesque their existence is, but most of them try their best to avoid admitting it to anyone (even themselves) because otherwise the whole house of cards collapses

When my work place was still open we had a guy, little bit younger than me, in to volunteer. It's really fucking woke in there (I said how there were Mermaid UK leaflets downstairs in a thread).
Instantly clockable (although this isn't going where you might think it is), I only vaguely guessed he was trying to be a girl because he was wearing a white furry coat from the girl's section of H&M and he grew out his hair. If this were anywhere else I wouldn't see him being accepted turning up so untidy. Seeing as he could be here with me for the next several months I wanted to make him feel welcome and also to gauge his personality to keep things in the work space smooth. He really, truly came across as just any other awkward young man except maybe being a little too eager to talk about girl stuff to me. Unkept, poor at socialising, but he was doing his best to open up and be friendly in that kind of clumsy I might find endearing if it weren't for the desperation, quite dude bro-ish.
Now I'll confidently say I'm capable of empathy towards people suffering from gender dysphoria, it must be a confusing, complicated kind of hell when you honestly believe your body is wrong and you are stuck existing in perpetual self-hatred. But no matter what 'category' of MtF that guy was, dysphoria or not, I think it's a delusion to let men transition into women. I see lots of guys like him who (for lack of kinder words) I'll call 'unsuccessful men' because that's what they are, unsuccessful at navigating the world as an adult man, not confident in himself or his own ability and dependent on others for happiness. They feel like they aren't really men for not achieving this stage of their lives and so turn to the fantasy of being a woman as if to 'try again'. But a lot of them, like that guy, still aren't feminine at all. How can they 'truly be women inside' like some narratives like to push if they need dozens of surgery and lessons on how to conduct themselves more like a typical woman? It's frankly insulting letting struggling men try to become female to escape their problems, then be praised for being a woman when the whole thing is a farce. People have all kinds of severe mental illnesses but for some reason we don't (pretend to) take bullets or give literal awards like (Wo)man of the Year for Sad Steve down the street for his deep depression.

tl;dr Honestly, if I could magically pull the numbers, I would love to see the rate of MtF people in countries where being a woman undoubtedly makes you a second class or even underclass citizen. Not men who were coerced or raised into it, but men willingly choosing to give up their status because they genuinely thought they were better off as women. Bet you no man would want to be 'her authentic self' in some shithole country where you're just some fucker's third wife stuck indoors all day or your genitals are expected to be cut off as normal by your 12th birthday
Also I just want to tell this story when I was getting into Discord to make gaming friends. I'm used to the complete sausage fest but this was like stumbling across a whole group of skinwalkers. They were all 'transgirls' typing like it's still 2008 x3!! and being flirtious in their thigh highs to the other guys. Being in there was like being David Attenborough observing some really faggy bonobos. It was a whole doublethink of knowing the person on the other end most likely had a dick but you played along anyway because at least you got yours e-sucked by the illusion of a woman, with a lot of pathetic clapping at dudes with ponytails (who even gets shit for that in current year though unless you're military). I thought, well fuck looks like I'm going stealth again because I'm not outing myself in front of a dozen deranged men I don't know who all look in the death throes of cabin fever, even behind a screen. I'm not afraid of "tits or gtfo", more like the autist anger I might unleash if I break their illusion and ruin their e-girl hopes and dreams just by existing. Watching several grown men behave like that in this concealed space was immensely creepy. Uncanny valley up the ass.

AIDS was a black swan event for straight people too but they did just fine. Viruses aren't homophobic; AIDS could be caught by anyone who made certain mistakes (unprotected promiscuous sex, sharing needles, both at the same time) that would transmit it to them. You definitely can control whether or not you get it (wear a condom, don't go to orgies, don't share needles, etc.).
Yet gays were the only group of educated first-world people who made those mistakes enough for AIDS to become a pandemic among them. It was their fault for having a culture of unprotected promiscuous sex, even after they knew it could kill them. You know I dislike faggots but you also don't necessarily have to be homophobic to recognize it was on them to control themselves.

They're still men who were forced into that social role. My point is whether rates of dysphoria or men who want to transition to women for any other reason are as high when being a woman doesn't get you equal or sometimes special treatment as in the Anglosphere. I also wasn't just thinking of Islamic countries but I kinda worded that badly for the sake of hyperbole, there are other countries with rights for women on paper but are probably still lame to exist in as a woman.

I think radfems were part of why troons came to be. Not the main reason, not on purpose, not directly but still pawing the way. Mainly by making it politically incorrect to acknowledge sex differences aloud, especially those that make women look bad. Saying stuff like men are stronger than women isn't popular even though it's pretty obliviously very clear trend. When tearing down unhelpful and/or untrue gender roles and strereotypes they went too far, to point of denying reality. No you need to play like women and men are exactly the same and all differences do sexist socialization. This allowed space for others that also want to deny biological reality, even if their reasons are different from women's liberation.

I disagree, at most radical feminism, postmodernism, etc just provided the language that current troons make use of. But if that language had never existed, another one would have sprung up. I recommend reading about the case of Lili Elbe from around 1930, long before the radfem movement existed.

In this retelling you see a very different conception of transgenderism, more like a female "split personality" that takes over completely. Gender roles are taken to be much more immutable and fundamental than we'd consider them today - as "Andreas" becomes "Lili" (or, lets her take over) via various surgical interventions he finds himself conforming more and more to a traditional female role. Some of that consists of things we'd consider relatively "normal" like becoming more emotional and weepy, and others sound bizarre to the modern ear, like developing an innate desire to submit to men (!)
There are also hints of things like trans-ageism, which hasn't even caught on yet in the Current Year.
If there had been internet 90 years ago, maybe today we'd be hearing from a lot of people getting operations to let their female tulpas take over.

There are reasons why I said troons not trans. Mainly that idea of changing genders is very old. You can find ancient myths about gods, creatures or heroes changing genders or being mix of make and female permanently or temporarily. People have for very long time been intrigued by the idea of being the other gender. That part isn't anything new but high social capital of trannies is and I think radfems are partly to blame.

Becoming transgender just to lower your rank on the "progressive stack" is a fundamentally new idea.
Troons tend to either be mentally ill people who want to lower their status to justify their victim mentality or rich people who know they can't succeed otherwise.
Some people are also just groomed by trolls like a certain somebody...

Actually, yes there is.
Transsexuals are the original 'gender dysphoria' group. There are very very few of them. 0.6% of the population have gender dysphoria.
Troons and transtrenders/transgenders are just different names for the same group with subgroups.
The initial group is made up of 50/50 HSTs, and AGPs.
HSTs = gay men who want to be women (Muslim gay men would somewhat fit in this category, although that's an entirely different kettle of fish).
AGPs = narcissistic straight men with a fetish.
You then have all the others that are tacked on underneath, all bullshit terms including, the nonbinary, the gender fluid, and all the coerced kids/teenagers being pushed by TRAs, who are libfem/libtards.
Troons, i.e. caricatures of women, majority have NPD, originally were coercing doctors and psychs to diagnose them with GD, to validate them. This then changed to not having to have GD at all, you just had to 'feel like a woman' to be a troon. They started eating their own, split into troon that were diagnosed with GD and ones that said they didn't need to be. That then split again into chaos.
The transsexuals meanwhile were hiding away, or were upfront in saying 'fuck off', all being called transphohic and being 'cancelled'.
Transsexuals don't want to be noticed, they don't want to call attention to themselves in any way. They don't want to make lesbians 'suck their girldick', GD people don't even want anything to do with their genitals, they certainly don't want to be 'popping boners in skirts' in bathrooms and taking photos of them! They don't want to do away with a whole class of human beings, they don't want to commit violent acts on that class to control them; they just want to get on with their lives as safely as they can.
There is a hell of a lot more to it...I'm too tired right now, to go into it more, or to care about men who are just going to maim and kill females, and ultimately themselves, all thanks to the porn industry, that has made dangerous fetishes mainstream.
