I don't think most people actually like nor are willing to defend transexuals. Between the grotesquely invasive surgery, needlessly muddled social etiquette, systematic rape of the english language (pronouns), obnoxious representatives and horrific end result of "successful" transitioning, a vast majority of ordinary people are reflexively repulsed by trannies. Women hate them for their reductive, short-sighted, naive and inherently sexist interpretation of what "being feminine" means. Men hate them because when they go to a bar, get drunk and try to stuff their penis into something, there's a chance it might be some gruesomely-injured guy in drag.
No, transexuals don't receive support because of their own merits; they don't have any. What people will do is keep quiet while the vocal transexuals (and their closet case defenders) prance around in a show of misguided pride. Why? Because if you speak out against that you are now a "nazi", or a white supremacist, or a no-sex-haver, or a white male, or some combination of the above, all of which (((the mass media))) has convinced us are the worst things you can possibly be.
The end result appears to be nothing but support for these gender-mutilated ass faeries, and because humans inherently want to fit in, they just clench their jaw and nod.
Don't believe me? Have exactly one well-respected public figure (i.e.: not some faggot Youtube "debater") speak out against them and see how quickly ordinary people will flock to that person's side of the argument. It is a natural human reflex to be repulsed by disquieting fetishes, mutilated freaks and insufferable identity politics, but the past sixty years of American culture have been (((people in positions of power))) trying their absolute hardest to circumvent human nature and inflate their already-corpulent egos.
